I stumbLed upon the UGG store whiLe running a quick errand at the Great MaLL. ApparentLy this store opened up back in October and I never noticed it!
I was immediateLy weLcomed upon my entrance and was advised to approach any saLes associate if I needed any heLp or if I had any questions.
From the moment I waLked in untiL the moment I Left, the empLoyees that I encountered were extremeLy patient and not once did I feeL rushed.
I found the pair of UGGs I have been wanting and Hiram offered to check the back for my size since they didn’t have it avaiLabLe on the saLesfLoor. He came out empty handed and since I was so bummed, he offered to go back to check again since there was a shipment fuLL of boxes that have not yet been opened.
Fast forward: the poor guy came out in a Light weight sweat and I knew he had put in work. Hiram came out with a box in my size but unfortunateLy it wasn’t in the coLor I was Looking for. He proceeded to offer me an aLternative but after taking a Look at it, I was quick to shoot that idea down.
I genuineLy appreciated aLL of his hard work, there is no doubt that he went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations.
I wiLL be back for the great deaLs and even better customer service! You are amazing Hiram and UGGs is so Lucky to have you on their team!

I had a great experience at this particular ugg store. I walked in and was instantly greeted. The associate Morgan was so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for one pair and came out with two I’m so glad she helped me. I have been there before and this experience has surpassed any experience I have had there before. I will be glad to come back and bring others to shop here

I was standing in front of the cash register behind another person; both of us were waiting in line. After 10 minutes, an associate spoke to me with incredibly bad attitude and told me that I was standing in the wrong area, and that was not the «correct» place for the line. She then pointed to the «correct» place. When I initially stood in front of the cash register 10 min ago, there was NO DESIGNATED LINE OR SIGN. NEITHER WAS THERE ANYONE STANDING IN THE «CORRECT» SPOT FOR THE LINE. i told her this, and that even though I wasn’t in the «correct» spot for the line, I was still there before everyone else. She then gave me a face and told me to get in the designated line, completely ignoring the fact that I was there before everyone else. I did not appreciate this bitchy attitude from the employee. I have worked in retail and that is NOT how you handle a customer. There was a COMPLETE lack of customer service, AND she gave me explicit attitude. I will not be coming to this store again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice new store. Great selection at reasonable prices. So glad they are in the Great Mall.
