Worst Arby’s ever I ordered the new smokehouse turkey because I had a coupon that you could get a free drink and fries when you ordered the sandwich. I received a bun, ice cold turkey, no cheese, a little Onion shreds. horrible, called the restaurant to complain and only received a voice mail.
Don’t bother visiting this store.

On Sunday April 5^th (2015) — I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich. Although the order was done correctly, the service had been indirectly disrespected. Here’s what happened: upon pulling up to the drive thru, the «African American» cashier, upon coming into contact with me mumbles under his breath, «Damn she UGLY.» His coworker who hands him the bag with my order in it, turns to look at me with a funny facial expression… I felt like I was being treated like an animal (inhumanely). This was Easter Sunday, and I barely looked at this rude guy when I handed him the money. I told him to have a BLESSED day upon leaving the drive thru, feeling unhappy with my obvious poor customer service and comment about my physical appearance… I did not decide to treat myself to Arby’s to be treated that way.

this is the worst. they pre make everything so the food is cold when you get home. i got ripped off on a reuben sandwich. i ordered a regular reuben and they charged me and gave me for a super reuben i didnt notice until i ate it all. it sucked no saurkraut on. or anything.
plus this one hires tons of felons. be warned this one just sucks donkey balls.

The newspaper coupons are a great deal. The regular roast beef is a good sneak food.
