I purchased my king size bed approx three years ago I had the most positive experience! It was because of the great customer service I received from Matthew Fisher! I have returned several times since and I have purchased several more mattresses from Mr. Fisher. Each time he has treated me with the upmost respect and worked with me so I could get the best price available! Mr. Fisher is the reason I recommend BedMart to others!

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT BEDMART! I have been needing to replace my mattress for a couple of years now and finally got around to it this weekend. We stopped at Bedmart first and found out I should have done some research online before I went because I didn’t know there were so many choices. But the staff at Bedmart was SO patient and helped us narrow down the mattress that worked best for us, in our budget. We left to shop around at a few other stores, thinking prices may be different? but really were not impressed with the selection and sales people at other stores. And Mattress World was 4 – 5 weeks out for delivery? Ended up with the perfect bed — will definitely be recommending Bedmart when friends are in the market!

After graduating college, I realized it was time to upgrade from my cheap Ikea mattress and become a real adult! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted and I had to stay in my budget. I went to a few places around the Portland area, but the people were very PUSHY and always trying to sell me mattress that were WAY out of my budget. Discouraged, I went into Bedmart. The store was so clean and nice! A really nice guy named Matthew helped me. He asked me a bunch of questions about how I sleep and what I was looking for. He made a few recommendations, but let me lie on every bed I wanted to see what I liked! I never felt like he was trying to make a sale! I ended up purchasing my mattress that day and I still love it! In 8 years when I need new one, I will be returning to this Bedmart! Also, they delivered it next day, which was great because I had some friends coming in to town.
