Amalia catered a party of 70 guests in the community room of our condo downtown. She initiated meeting with me first to discuss my needs and to see the space. She was attentive, observant and provided amazing service! The Guatemalan cuisine was fabulous and I’ve gotten feedback from many guests about how much they enjoyed the food and Amalia’s teaching about Guatemalan history, culture and authentic dishes. I was able to enjoy the party, engage with my guests and not worry about a thing as Amalia and her assistant, Maria, took care of everything. After the party, I was pleased to see they had cleaned up the space and returned everything to its proper place so there was very little for me to do except sit back and reflect on what a great time everyone had!

Blow away!
Amalia and her team catered my friends Jasons and Chads summer kick off party just this past weekend and I was blow away by her creations.
The food was absolutely delicious!
I look forward to inviting Amalia and her team to cater an event or two :-)

Amalia catered my 50th birthday party. I asked Amalia’s to plan heavy appetizers. Everything was deliciously prepared and served fresh in my home. One example, the spicy shrimp ceviche-​filled avocado’s were delicious prepared down to the perfectly ripened avocados and freshly chopped cilantro. Just coming into my house smelled delicious!
Oh, and the Pastel de Coco (coconut tres leches cake) was incredible.
