At this point, I’m going on TWO weeks of trying to get a return done, with MANY HOURS of both in-​store and phone time. Due to store clerk errors, inability to get it right by either the store clerk, or even the phoned-​in customer service, (Rachel at Mission Viejo store) made a major mess of trying to do a return, which never got into the system correctly. I then had no merchandise, no receipt for proof, no money back and no return showing on my credit card. Wow! I’ve had to work many hours just to get MY money back, and we’re not done yet. Even my credit card now says I’ll need to start a «case.»
To top it off, I left my name and number a WEEK ago (with the corporate customer service-​special services dept, and also with the store manager at the Spectrum). They both requested for the Orange County District Supervisor RENEE BOUSSARD to call me, but NO call back yet! That’s RUDE! Even store personnel are so apologetic about this fiasco which has gone on TOO LONG. WHBM, I hope I never have to shop at your stores again. You don’t deserve my business. And to top it off, even your District Manager doesn’t have the time or courtesy to make a call back. (I still have no merchandise, and I’m out the money too.)

Under going construction until May-​ish 2016 and there are not enough fitting rooms! Picked out items for 20 minutes but once done had to wait 15+ just to try them on. Unless you have an unlimited amount of time, I’d head to another location. Side note– staff is friendly, hence the two stars instead of one.

I shop anywhere I want, but Sarah’s customer service at this store is fantastic.
Couldn’t find the dress in the store so she ordered it online for me, gave me a discount, and in less than 5 minutes.

I have had a few employees be dismissive here when I’ve come in with jeans and a t-​shirt, but 95% of the time they are wonderful. They have really helped me on more than one occasion, and the ones who know me don’t care what I wear. Great manager.
