Horrible horrible horrible!!! Save yourself the headache and embarrassment!!! So disappointed in this place and the people who run it.
Ordered a specialized cake over the phone for my fathers big 60^th surprise party. Had to have my sister pick it up who had no idea what it was supposed to look like an hour before the party. As instructed by myself I told her to pick it up and tip them with the money I gave her. When she arrived I was horrified at what I found!!! The cake looked nothing like what was on line. It looked like a four year old did it. My sister said the girl said it was her first time making the cake which was completely evident. I took a picture of it into the shop the following Monday the girl who helped me was really nice and also shocked herself at the cake. She told me she would let her manager know and he will contact me. Four days went by and no contact from the owner. Then I went in there again and the manager was there and told me there was nothing they could do but give me 50% off another cake. Now why would I want another crappy cake? And my fathers big surprise party already passed… Horrible horrible horrible I would never recommend anyone getting a cake from them!

Went in for a cake. Recieved great customer service from friendly staff. accepted the coupon off my phone. It scanned. I can appreciate businesses that are up to date with the times clean, nice selection of cakes if you haven’t pre-​ordered.

Nice friendly staff and amazing different flavors of ice cream. Recently, bought ice cream cake for my father! Kind of over price in my eyes but some what worth it.

The ice cream is never old (always fresh), and all flavors always in stock. the dining area is big and very clean. Customer service is fast, friendly and efficient. The place is great for large families. Bathrooms are average clean. If you or your loved one (s) crave some ice cream, this BR31 is the place where you ought to go!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Their computer over charged me by 4 $. The staff said there was nothing they could do, finally the manager came out and had to get on the computer manually. He said he would tell the owner to call the company to reset the computer. Do you realize how many BR need to reset their computers, it is not 3 for 12 $, it is 3 for 13.99, which is fine but I still got over charged by 4 $. My family loves BK they have the best ice cream but this was very disappointing.

Ice cream was cool but the staff was very weird. They just really gave some weird looks and stares. No smiling or anything just weird zombie like stares.

Typical 31 flavours. That is all.

All time favorite places for ice cream! Nutty coconut, and peanutbutter chocholate !!! Mmmmmmmmmm

This is a fun place for a quick visit. It can get loud, but what do you expect from a place that specializes in giving out large quantities of sugar.
Get an ice cream cake for someone on their birthday and you’ll be made a party legend.
I also like how the teenagers here seem okay with customers coming in. Most places with kids behind the counter make you feel like you are crashing their party.

I too have been completely appalled by the sticky, unorganized, completely chaotic BR in Modesto (i have never had the misfortune of needing a restroom there, thank god!).
The only times i have been in are on warm summer nights with a line out the door, but still, being busy is NO excuse!, come on, where’s the wet rag to wipe down the tables. maybe mop the floor a little too?
The same 2 employees are always there when the fiancé and i drop by. A tom-​boy-​ish girl (looks like a soccer player) who has the brains in the bunch. she runs around with her head cut off. bless her heart. and a wide eyed young blonde guy who miiiiiight be a sophomore in high school. he’s a little slow but steady.
corporate indeed needs to check this location out. its a disgrace to Mr. Baskin AND Mr. Robbin (RIP!).

I have encountered much cleaner bathrooms in gas stations. Went to Baskin-​Robbins on a Saturday night at about 8PM. The ladies room was ‘out of order’. I made a poor decision and braved the men’s room. Switch light on, scan room, sinking feeling… my feet are stuck to floor, there is urine EVERYWHERE!!! Men, seriously, do you pee like this at home? Shame on you!
I immediately complained to one of the kind employees (all guys that night I might add-​could explain the dirty BR sitch.) The guy explained that now that they are under new ownership they are understaffed so cleaning the bathroom goes by the wayside.
The actual eating area was also messy. Tables and chairs askew, napkins and spoons on the ground, etc.
I love this Baskin-​Robbins and I’m sure I’ll be back. It’s close to home, consistently great ice cream, friendly service. I complained to corporate as well so hopefully the owner makes some staffing and cleaning policy changes.

The employees here are actually pretty awesome: friendly, fast, and professional. I can always find an ice cream cake here in a pinch (like when I forget your birthday). And they are always generous with the toppings.
Yeah, the floor could use a wash of straight bleach. And It definitely needs more outdoor seating. Ok, the shopping center is sketch too. But it’s MY dirty little BR, and that’s MY fellow Modestoan supporting her 4 kids on that job, and I LIKE IT FINE :)
