Love this place I love that they sing when you tip its really infectious. The workers are super nice or according to my friends very flirty but hey it’s nice either way. Not too steep on the price which is great. And they do kids eat free at certain days and times which is awesome as well.

I’ve come to this location several times. Always awesome customer service. This particular trip I decided to combine a chocolate lava meltdown and a not so fair funnel cake into one dish. Not only did they do it, but the shift supervisor was giddy like a mad scientist with the new icecream idea. Hehe love these guys. Keep it up!

We go out of our way to go to this particular Cold Stone. Ashley is the BEST! She is super friendly and knows how to hook our orders up perfectly every time! We went to a different Cold Stone last week because it was next to the restaurant we had dinner at and we were disappointed. We vowed we wold ONLY go to the Mchenry location, and if Ashley is busy, we like to wait for her.
Customer service is hard to find these days and great customer service is even harder to find! Keep up the awesome work Ashley!

Consistently delicious ice cream with positive staff and great customization-​based service! You get to choose all your mix-​ins and flavors as it’s mixed in front of you.
If you tip the worker, they will sing :) pleasant touch that brightens your day (and probably theirs).

I’ve been to this Coldstone location a few times now and service is always friendly and quick. The case of premade cakes and other goodies always looks pretty tempting but I’ve only purchased from the regular I’ve cream counter.
They’ve always been pretty consistent with flavors and serving sizes. My only complaint is the stale waffle bowls. The last one I got was so chewy and dry it was nearly inedible until you got to the bottom that was saturated in ice dream.

The nerdy guy w/​the glasses is a G when it comes 2 ice cream. Staff is extremely friendly & the spot ain’t 2 crowded either.

Good selection of ice cream and frozen yogurt, .but one that use to have a large selection of sherbet flavors, which has been reduced by corporate offices in favor of selling more frozen yogurt flavor.
Bummer!
They have flavor and ice cream creation suggestions on posters on the wall, but you can order almost any kind of cone or mixtures of ice cream and dozens of fruits and candies that you can add to your heat’s content. m
Very nice people here, and excellent customer service.

Way to completely make a birthday celebration flop! Wouldn’t let me use a coupon because it wasn’t PRINTED OUT! We live in a digital age. I don’t own a printer. So I get discriminated against, plain and simple. I bought my friend’s b/​c it was her birthday (mine had been the day before) and handed mine back because I wasn’t prepared to pay for both. No sympathy just «this is policy». Sad we can’t be environmentally friendly and not have to kill a tree to get an advertised special. Sad two people out enjoying their birthdays would get such shitty customer service. JOIN THE 21ST CENTURY!!!

Everytime my friend Malisa and I go, we hope that Marissa will be working, because She is SO friendly and patient with our complicated order. A person like her is rare these days… I feel many employees everywhere want to rush you out and have an attitude… but not her shes awesome!!! As far as the icecream… I created one that tastes like a banana split icecream cake! Get banana, strawberry and chocolate icecream… add the yellow cake and fudge. YUMM!

My husband and I went here on a date night after dinner. I used a coupon from the entertainment book and they took it. So I’m not sure why they aren’t taking yours Noelle. I had banana with chocolate chips and my honey always gets cheesecake with pie crust. We love Cold Stone, but we only come if we have coupons. It’s a little pricey for us.

Unlike others I did not have, or try to use, any coupons at this location. The business information at top is (edit: WAS) very misleading and I think it’s due to some bitter coupon-​happy customers.
I don’t recall paying enough to warrant four «$» signs, in fact, the thing I do recall is not being able to finish my ice cream! It was abundant, thick, and sweet. mmm
The cake batter flavor was amazing.

According to the workers, the manager’s policy is not to honor deals for cold stone (including cold stone coupons or other deals). Ended up paying so much for ice cream that should have been free since it was paid at a discounted rate ahead of time. Not going here again.

This is hands down THE best Cold Stone I have ever been to, and trust me when I say I’ve been to a few, throughout the country (ya, trust me).
They are the only store that will actually sing for you when given a tip, and the guy at the register will even play drums and another even beat boxes! I have literally recieved the best customer service from this store. These kids clearly live and breathe their ice cream because they seemed so passionate about giving me that extra brownie :)
And Helloooo! the ice cream is devilishly delicious. oh my Lord, do yourself a favor and get cake batter, brownie, cookie dough, and peanut butter. This is not a joke.

Tried the Shave Ice… umm, I’ll stick to Pura Vida Shaved Ice down the street… I like the ice cream, but they really should stick to just ice cream. Flavors were OFF. I’ll get a cake batter next time.

Fuck that, man… they got rid of the Blueberry Muffin Batter ice cream :(It was pretty much my ambition in life, and now it’s gone. Terrible. I’ll give 4 stars for the cake batter, but they are lucky for that cuz I’m pretty bitter about this.
