I would give them no stars if it were possible. Horrible customer service.
On one occasion a month ago, this place wasn’t open at 7:30am on a Friday during peak dry cleaning hours and contrary to their store hours sign. I came back after 5PM the same day and picked up my clothes and was told by the owner/​store manager that an employee called in hours later after the shift start time and that he didn’t know the store was closed — ok. I let that one go. Two trips, extra gas used, no real apology and nothing but excuses from the person in charge.
Strike two– dropped off two shirts and two pants (work uniforms). I was told to come back two days later for pickup and that I could pay then. When the day arrived, only 3 of the garments were ready. I was told that the other garment would take 2 more days, possibly. I planned to let this one go too, thinking stains happen — no big deal. However, the employee told me that next time I need to «specifying that you would like to pick up all items at the same time» and «you should call to see if all garments are ready before dropping by». I was confused. Isn’t that why I was told at the point of dropping off my clothes that they would be ready on Tuesday? Not possible ready or some but not all would be ready unless otherwise requested. Really?
When I questioned why this new concept of dry cleaning with extra customer involvement wasn’t explained to me before, the owner blamed the new employee for making a mistake by not telling me.
I can forgive the mistakes, but what I cannot forgive is the way it was handled. Unacceptable behavior from the store manager. Disrespectful treatment and a lack of consideration for customers time. After giving the company another chance, this is how I’m treated — being told that I must be upset for another reason and not because my clothes weren’t ready at the same time.
Never again.
I will not be back and I caution all of you to stay clear of this place. There are plenty of places that offer same day dry cleaning for the same price! Not this two days or more joke of a place.

Going on two weeks & they can’t find our Comforter.
I would rate them a 0 if I could.
Never again!
