I love coming here when I shop at Montclair Plaza. Their service is great and the food is delish! My favorite item on the menu is the cilantro & lime chicken salad! Yummy in my tummy! Just this week alone, i went twice for this salad that’s how good it is! :) A must try when shopping at Nordstrom.

Not sure why it took so long for me to eat here. I’ve popped in for coffee and croissants while shopping in the past, they were great. I finally sat down with a friend and enjoyed a delicious Chinese Chicken Salad. It was perfect and our server was extremely kind. I forgot to ask for no almonds when I ordered it (I’m allergic). Our waiter took my plate back without any hesitation and had a new one out for me, almond free, in less than 10 mins. The salad was really great. It had the perfect amount of toppings and dressing.

Nordys café is always my go-to for a quick and healthy lunch. I order to go, and the food is always ready in less than 15 mins. This location is sort of dim whilst dining in the café itself. However, the service never disappoints. Everything on their menu is delicious.
They have different daily specials, and I recommend trying them!

This was my first time trying the café. I must say it was pretty good, I can honestly say I will eat here again. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming, but, it doesn’t surprise me Nordstrom is big on customer service.
I think the next time I go I will try the grilled cheese and tomato soup, I hear it’s really good.

In the past, we knew coming in that the service wasnt great but the food was! however these last couple of months we’ve had the pleasure of being served by «Anna», the pretty Asian girl with the black bob. she is soooo sweet! She never forgets anything we ask for and comes with refills before we ask. i always order anything with shrimp or asparagus and my mom loves the cranberry turkey sandwich… The tomato soup is obviously amazing too. We used to get the crème brûlée but that ricotta cookie is our new fave. In fact, we often come for just dessert and coffee. My boss gave me a $ 100 Nordstrom giftcard and we used it here. Thats how mucch we enjoy the café… Of maybe we are just fatties buy whatever. Lol

Food is pretty good for a little café in the mall. You order and pay at the cashier, find a table to sit, and your waiter comes with your drinks and food. Staff has always been really friendly but sometimes it takes awhile to flag someone down.
Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad, $ 12.25– I forgot to ask for the dressing on the side and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t drenched with sauce. I like when my salad is crisp and still feels relatively healthy. The grilled corn and pumpkin seeds provides really good texture to the dish. Chicken was a bit bland.
Chicken Tomato Alfredo, $ 11.75– good amount of chicken and the sauce is good. My friend loves this dish.
I’ve tried the Roma Tomato Basil soup and sandwiches on prior visits. I haven’t been disappointed by the food thus far. It’s kinda pricey for «mall food», but probably healthier and definitely taste better than most of the places in the food court. I love the free chocolate sticks at the end of the meal!

I don’t understand how they have such great ratings. This place was empty yesterday when my husband and I ate here. For the wild berry salad, chicken club sandwich and a cookie it was almost $ 28. The portions were very small and the chicken was only on half of the sandwich and was a thin slice. The salad I would say was more of a side salad. I was very disappointed because we ended up going home to eat after. This place has really gone down hill in my opinion. The service isn’t that great either. They weren’t busy and didn’t seem to ask if you wanted more water or anything. I would not eat here again. Sad because I use to come here a lot with my mom and grandma. Other than the disappointing service and size of food it tasted good.

Great service and amazing food. The tomato basil soup was delicious. The chicken salad with berries was amazing. Food was ready within 10 minutes. Can’t wait to go back and try different dishes.

I haven’t come here in about 5 years but it’s even better than I had remembered it to be! I got the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. It was so filling and so flavorful. Best sandwich I’ve had in awhile. It came toasted and the bread was sooo good. It was perfectly crispy and I savored every bite. They had a lot of other good options as well such as different kinds of salads and pastas. I can’t wait to try the other dishes the next time I come! :)

I love this place! Every Time I come here the food and service is exceptional! I usually always order the traditional breakfast regardless of the time of the day and it’s great deal for $ 8.00… All there other menu items are really tasty as well from there soups to sandwiches… Unfortunately, this place is the only decent establishment to dine in this entire mall… :-/

My daughter took me out to the Nordstrom Café in the Montclair Plaza, we ordered the crème brûlée and the coconut lemon cake. Ive never eaten anything like the crème brûlée before. It was mouth watering, and delicious! I would go back again, I recommend you all try it, too! If you’re looking for tasty café food and desserts, I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love this place. There is no other Nordstrom café as good as this one. The food is always delicious and consistent. But the staff is honestly the very best part! They are so awesome and friendly. Mark, Adriana, and Xochitl are mine and my Mom’s favorite. My Mom is always talking their ears off and they are always so polite. Amazing food and staff! I recommend the Santa Feel chicken sandwich, cilantro lime chicken salad, and the spicy shrimp angel hair pasta. I mist try the rest of the menu. It all looks so delish! Thanks again for the amazing experience each and every time.

I am obsessed with this place.
I went here three days in a row just for their tomato basil soup– it is phenomenal and without a doubt my favorite tomato soup by far.
The workers are always so nice and professional, and the manager here really takes his time to pay attention to each individual guest.
Their tea is delicious and never aggressively sweetened which I appreciate!
It’s a little hidden gem in the mall, and I love it!

The food here is always impeccable in taste and presentation. The customer service is also stellar, the only downside is the location. I’m not a huge fan of Montclair plaza in general but I’m grateful that it’s so close to my work as there aren’t many places around here that serve food of this calibre. The sandwiches are all yummy and filling. I always call in my lunch order and when I get there it’s bagged and ready to go. Their desserts are all delicious as well. highly recommend trying pretty much anything from here.

Two stars for service but this place isn’t as good anymore. The tomato soups still great. But my Tuscan chicken tasted as if they burned the olive oil a little before they put the chicken in. I want to love Nordstrom again. But for the price and quality I might as well hit up panera
