The girls working at the kiosk downstairs ignore the customers while they gossip and play on their phones, which is really frustrating! When I asked for help I was greeted with an eye roll and attitude from the young girl. When I asked to speak to the manager the bald fellow turned around (Michael) and said he was the Assistant Manager. I told him that his employees needed to be re-​trained, he replied with: «Stupid b*tch» under his breath and turned his back to me. I was so furious I stormed off and took my business to Verizon instead!
