I suggest taking your food home with you. There is limited tables, some have missing chairs, and it’s freezing in there. It does look a bit run down too. Since its small, if there’s just a couple items on the floor, it looks like mayhem. Not to mention, the salsa bar was messy and needed to be refilled. Overall, they have good chicken and rice. But what else would you expect, that’s what they are known for.

Horrible service I’ve ever encountered so far. First off, the cashier Lotita didn’t even ask what I wanted, she just stood there and expected me to blurt out what I wanted. I had to ask her how her day was and I’m the customer! I ordered a classic chicken salad and didn’t even come with all the condiments as said on the menu. My chicken salad looked half way of how it usually suppose to look, I had about 7 small pieces of the chicken at most and tasted very dry and burnt. I had to go all the way to the other pollo loco I usually go to and buy another one. I’m really not one to complain but this is ridiculous, never will I be coming to this location again. I regret not checking in with Unilocal first. What a way to kill someone’s day, thank you pollo loco.

Pollo loco is always bomb, semi healthy«mexican» food in my book. I only wish they served real carne asada and not just chicken. Yes, i understand this place is considered fast food but i think people should be patient bc after all, pollo loco serves grilled chicken that takes time to marinate. Overall, the food is good, price is low and service is decent.

This is by far one of the worst locations for el pollo loco I have been too. Every time I come here they always run out of chicken. I hate it when they say you need to wait 20 mins for chicken. Make more chicken! And also for the price of the food I expect to get a decent amount of portion. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and the portion is super small. I know it’s under 500 calories but for the price of $ 6.50 I at least want a decent portion… I’m gonna try to stay away from this location if I can. And the service here isn’t great… The workers don’t smile at you and aren’t friendly. They can’t spell your name apparently too. And the salsa bar is ALWAYS dirty! They don’t refill unless u ask them a couple of times and it’s just plain messy!

It was my 2nd time here and my last one, my first visit: they didn’t have lettuce to make my salad! This last one they dint have 2 type of platers that I wanted and they didn’t have CREAMYCILANTRODRESSING!!! For the salad I end up ordering, no wonder why the place was empty, very bad management.

Horrible service! Went there once and they didn’t have lettuce, cilantro dressing, desserts and they don’t open on time! It’s annoying! Not only that they don’t have certain things, when you ask they don’t even know they have it!

This is such a tiny place. When you waiting for your order you are almost sitting on top of one of the tables. It’s tiny and old. I think I remember going here in college and that was over 20 years ago. My daughter and I were picking up some food to go. It’s too small to eat here. We ordered one of their specials that comes with chicken, sides and churros. It was busy. The employees are yelling at each other and the customers. One of the employees shouts that our order is ready. She reviews our order with me. I really couldn’t hear her over all the yelling. My daughter noticed that the churros were missing. I tried several times to get someone’s attention. After I finally got someone’s attention, she tells me that I forgot the churros. How could I forget the churros when they bag the order before they hand it to you. The service at this place is a horror story.

The service by the manager named Gabby was awful. I ordered the mango double chicken bowl and was given something else. I went back up to tell them I was given wrong order. The manager«Gabby» was rude saying they didn’t have anymore mango. I told her I should have been told that when I ordered. She didn’t care. Plus as I was watching her work she had her hair in the food and was constantly brushing it around food. This place was dirty and bad service!

This location opens at 10am and is still not open at 10:02am. I am completely disappointed and sickened by their business ethics.

Place is small so it is easier for take-out. If you order in you get a device that alerts you when your order is ready. Big complain was the tortillas one side was dry for the corn tortillas.

Ok, only went here ’cause I was hungry and no other fast food place had what I needed(white meat chicken and veggies). Cramped, tiny place with a huge line. The best part was the cashier, Miss Einstein. My order came to $ 5.77. I gave her a $ 10 bill and 2 pennies so I could get a quarter back. She gave me 4 $ 1 bills and 2 dimes back. I pointed out that she shorted my change by 5 cents and she said no, because you gave me the two pennies I have to subtract that from your change. I said no, you add it to my change. I am 100% certain she thought I was wrong but I had to wait for the next customer to pay so she could open the register and give me a nickel.(They were out of quarters.) Who hires these people anyway?

Well i always came to this location when I don’t have time to cook. And ever time I came is always dirty the tables and floors. Employees not wearing the correct uniform. They even taking on their cellphones while they are working.

As everyone else has noted, this is the single worst Pollo Loco location on earth. The space is so tight you feel like you’re in a coffin. There is less than five feet between the main entrance, and the cash register. Room for no more than two people to wait in line without getting hit in the ass as the door swings open. To make it worse there’s a two seat table abutting the same door, so customers entering the location bump into whoever is unfortunate enough to be eating at that tiny table. Even worse, this Pollo Loco gets flooded whenever it rains! They have to stack sand bags in front of the same entrance to prevent backed up storm drains from flooding the entire franchise. This Pollo Loco location should serve as a model for everything any fast food outlet should NOT be.

Well I guess I should’ve looked at the reviews before walking in to this El Pollo Loco, my complaint is just like all the others. Horrible customer service, slow as molasses and the place itself is dirty and unorganized.

Wow, it’s to bad that I love Pollo Loco with all there recent salad menu and this the only location around me. It is very filthy. The staff tries hard, but they look tired and overworked. Service is very slow. There is also a very bad smell coming from the sewer system outside the door.

I hate this El Pollo Loco location; I avoid it at all costs. First of all, parking is not good because it’s in a shopping plaza. The location itself is very small; not much seating. This location is sooo messy inside. It’s messy, dirty, & stinky. I went today because I wanted a Loco side salad, and I didn’t want to drive to the one I normally go to. BIGMISTAKE. As soon as I walked in, I immediately remembered why I don’t go to this location. It was messy as usual and I got frustrated because the girl taking my order spent 10 minutes swiping my card through the machine. Then told me it wasn’t working. If you want El Pollo Loco, I suggest you go to another location!

This El Pollo Loco is located inside a shopping center anchored by Ralph’s. It’s poorly designed. There’s only a few feet of distance between the cashier and the entrance. I would say only three people can comfortably stand in line between the cashier and the door. If there’s a longer line than three people, then they would have to stand outside of the restaurant. I stopped here on a rainy night. There were five people standing in line, and we had to all cram in. There was only one register open and the line was moving at the snail speed. The salsa bar was a mess. I ordered the Tostada salad. The chicken didn’t taste fresh.
