P.F. Chang’s

Food was great, excellent. Waitress was very pleasant and took pride in her job. Only thing was it took about 2 hours to finish our meal, didn’t seem like the cooking staff cold keep up with the orders.

Today my folks came into town, so we decided to take them out to dinner. P.F. Changs just came up, so we went! I must say, the service from Carolina, our waitress had been second to none. She had been serving us with a smile, and super helpful. I love being able to come in to a restaraunt and be served with a great attitude.
I’ll definitely be coming back because of this outstanding service. Thank you Carolina for your grade A service!

It’s ok. Here’s my biggest issue — this is a Chinese fast food restaurant (I’ll go ahead and say it, Panda) dressed up as a faux fancy restaurant. You pay three times as much for a meal for two and you get the opportunity to quadruple it since you’ve got access to a bar menu. The vegetables are above that fast food quality, but in the end it’s a very low-​value for what you are getting bang-​for-​buck. Just hit Panda and Über around to a couple happy hours and you’ll save money and enjoy some variety.

Typical PF Change food, but their service requires significant improvements. Last two times I’ve visited this location, for some odd reason, it took literally 15min before someone realized that I was sitting there. For christ sakes, I’ve even made multiple eye contacts with couple of employees trying to grab their attention but they literally walk past you without even acknowledging.
Although no one has admitted, I believe I was sitted at a table where there was no server assigned. However, that’s not really a good excuse to have a patron wait. How hard is it for someone to get them their drink and let them know what’s up?
Likewise, what I have observed at this location is that many of the employees are either lazy or hate being there. I constantly noticed that patrons near where I was sitting was trying to get the servers attention, however they just walk past them-​as if unless it’s their table, they could care less. If I were management, I would really pay attention to the servers and how inefficient the floor is ran.

I have no idea what the hell is with all these bad reviews lol.
Went about 45 minutes before closing last night and was seated by a cheerful hostess. Our sever was Angelic, she was very attentive. The back waiters also provided excellent service. Food came rolling out in ideal timing. First appetizer came out after what felt like less than 5 minutes, then the next just as we were finishing the first, then the entrée right when we were about halfway through that. Dishes were all prepared to perfection and they were surprisingly generous with the beef in our dish compared to other locations. It was a good night at PF Changs!
Just look at what kind of reviews these people write for other businesses when you read their negative comments on this location, and more importantly what their gripe is about this one. Ignore them! If you’re familiar with PF Changs, this is a good one!

Our first experience with P.F. Chang’s and it is a very good one!
The staff is very attentive, our server was excellent.
Foodwise they have many options to choose from, the selection is quite large and we had a tough time deciding.
We highly recommend the Almond & Cashew Chicken, it is just epic! Also the coconut drink is very good. The other items we picked were the lemon chicken (very good), garlic spinach and brown rice.
Will definitely come back here!
