Pizza Hut

Are you hungover and looking to grease your bones? Then this is probably the joint for you. The only time I order from here is when I had one too many the night before and I plan on eating a doughy, greasy, pepperoni pizza and binge watching Netflix.
Warning: Do not order wings from «Wing Street» unless you consider yourself as someone with no taste buds or preference towards texture or visual appeal. The wings were loaded with syrup, which was a lame excuse for hot sauce. They weren’t «fried hard» and instead were spongy, soggy and seemingly covered in high fructose corn syrup.

I’ve never had a good experience I’ve been going there for the past 10 years only to see if they made the service better. I prefer other pizza huts better. I’ve had bad experiences from always getting my order, I always order a large veggie lovers stuffed crust, and I’ve gotten everything from cheese to sausage and even had them not put my order through. Last time I went to them my party and I were told to take a seat and we’re seated, but they forgot about il us because 15 minutes later the waitress came upto us after passing us many times and asked if we were waiting for a pizza or dining in, then took 6 minutes to just get us our drink orders which I thought was ridiculous because it was empty inside.

I went back down 2 stars. So I went there 2 days ago and one of my pizzas looked amazing. The other looked like it had been sitting for a while. I didn’t realize it until I got home because it was my husbands pizza but they forgot the jalapenos on it. The brownies were great though, that’s a plus. At this point I go here as a last resort. We work a lot and its just so close. My new plan is to not pay for the pizzas until I check them. If they don’t look right, I will leave them there and find an alternative because little ceasars is across the street. My point is, this place is hit or miss and I keep going back because its cheap. I also keep going back because when they get it right… its pretty awesome. But boy when they get it wrong. its pretty disgusting. You just don’t know what to expect from pizza hut. So good luck because its like gambling.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever been through with ordering food. The general manager, Becky, got frustrated at me when I tried to cancel and order and make a new one, hung up on me, and then when I called her back she was so rude that I had to pass the phone off to someone else and she was saying that I was the one rude even though I had witnesses around me who heard how politely I was speaking to her. I even went to the store and tried to apologize and she made it seem like I was in the wrong and that I was right for apologizing. Note we did not and will not ever order from this Pizza Hut. There is a lovely papa johns right next door though!

I come in at 130. Looks dead ok. I see an employee sitting off the side talking. I counted 9 dirty gross tables. The pizza in the buffet line looks gross and old. I just left.

PH pizza is about as bad as pizza gets these days. The thin crust is almost decent and the only reason this is not a 1 star review.
They have a lunch buffet, but the mgr and staff here are so out of touch, they seldom check the offerings and seldom on top of keeping it stocked. I have been here several times, as working in the area on assignment, you start running out of options.
Each time, I have to ask if a new pizza is coming and then wait. This is were CiCi’s is really on top of the game. Not great pizza, but service and having pizza ready to go each and every time. Mgrs there also ask if there is any special pizza they can make, PH almost never does that!
As pizza, same goes for breadsticks, etc. They will leave 3 – 4 in the bin to dry out and not bring out a fresh replacement.
The servers are nice and pretty good with refills, but if you offer a buffet option: Do it right!

We ordered from this pizza hut the day our oven broke. It took them an hour and ½ to get the pizza here first off. And then, to make matters worse my «extra cheese+extra sauce pizza» had no sauce what so ever on it! NONE. And the sauce for our cheese sticks was missing. They said «we can get you another pizza but it’ll be an hour». So by the time we could eat our cheese sticks with the sauce, they were completely unappetizing and ice cold.
Also, the «special request» of ours was completely ignored. (the «want it cut into squares instead of slices? box» COMPLETELY IGNORED, albeit it was rather ridiculous «draw a tardis/​dalek» on the box, but STILL it was the cherry on the yukko cake)

Spent $ 30 on pizza, wings, and chicken alfredo and was very disappointed.
We had to wait a half hour before I got up and asked what was going on, the waitress apologized for the delay.
There was a host that did nothing it seemed, oh wait he did go out and smoke while the poor waitress did all the work.
Not going back again.

I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a while, but I remember good pizza and really good bread sticks. This is not the case anymore. I get there to pick up or order and they give us our pizza, which was made go order and then open up a heating unit that is full of breadsticks. I should have been worried then. I get home and try the breadsticks and they are hard and dry. It’s obvious that they were made hours earlier and left to sit until people ordered them.
I won’t ever return, there are plenty of other good, and cheap pizza places nearby that are way better than Pizza Hut.

Decent location but not the best.

This is your basic Pizza Hut.
We go here about once a month to use a free pizza coupon that my daughter earns for reading from her school.
The food is «OK», but I sure miss the old days when their pizza used to be something special.
