I ordered a delivery for my kiddos because I didn’t have time to run home after work due to a wake I had to go to go to. I jokingly told the person I spoke with on the phone to let me know if my kids were having a wild party. A little while later, the delivery driver Cee, texted me to let me know that the delivery webt fine and my house wasn’t histing a wild party! That put my mind at ease and went above and beyond customer service.

Beware! Overcharges! Current manager(Ron) rude and talks badly about customers. We moved to the area 11 months ago. We ordered from here on day 1 and have continued to order from here a few times per month since. My husband always orders the 2 medium 2 topping pizza deal for himself and our kids when I work an evening. Until NYE all of our orders had been placed online and with no major issue, they aren’t great, they aren’t awful. They are close to home and cost-friendly. On NYE we handed $ 20 to our 16 yr old before heading out for a dinner reservation. We left him with the phone number to Dominos and specific written instructions on ordering(he has never ordered any food delivery but an honor student should be capable of ordering a pizza). On New Years Day I asked if he had any change from the pizzas and he told me not only did he not have change but he had to pay an additional $ 8 of his own money over the $ 20. What?! Why? The deal is 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $ 5.99, this does not add up to $ 28! That is like being charged twice. There must be some mistake. Seeing as it was New Year’s Day we didn’t think they would be open so my husband and I headed over to Dominos together the day after New Years Day around 5pm after I got out of work. We walked in and asked for a manager. The employee behind the counter shouted over to the manager that«these people wanted to talk to him.» The manager came over introduced himself as Ron, listened to our issue and immediately dismissed it telling us they didn’t do anything about past problems. How is that even possible? Do customers come in to complain about problems they predict will happen in the future and those are addressed but real ones that actually occurred are ignored? What kind of business practice is that? Ron then said you don’t get the coupon price if you don’t mention the coupon on the phone. I never said the coupon wasn’t mentioned, the coupon and price was written down for our son. He called and said, «I want to order the 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $ 5.99.» But Ron thinks it’s ok to accuse his customers of not ordering properly? I wonder if they’re on the habit of ripping off kids all the time or only when the orders are placed over the phone instead of online? I am currently the manager of a small, franchised store so from personal experience I can say how my husband and I were treated by this manager was wrong. He did nothing to fix what had happened. We brought in the receipt off the pizza box and he didn’t even look our order up. He just stood there making accusations to us and telling us it was our fault. As we were leaving, since we obviously weren’t going to get so much as an apology, Ron turned to another employee to make a joke about us and our issue. I have contacted the corporate office. I was told that this location is in fact a franchised location and they will contact the franchise office so someone can get in contact with me to address the issue. Beware of overcharging and poor management. Edited on 1÷8÷16 because I was contacted by another person who claimed to be the manager, Miranda, after calling corporate. She apologized for our experience and tried to explain that Ron was a new manager and may not be completely aware of how to handle situations like ours correctly. We received a full refund and a certificate from the owner for a buy 1 get 1 free pizza along with a certificate from Miranda for our next meal free. While free pizza is nice and all it doesn’t excuse the behavior of the person that this Dominos deemed to be management material and worries me to see that a business I would give my money to would use it to pay someone who makes comments about their customers to other staff when the customers come in with a concern. Also the idea that this was possible done because these were kids who were ordering or since this was not an online order is really bothersome still as well. However I have changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars because we have never had a problem with the food being bad. It’s not the best pizza ever, but for a good, cost-friendly option as compared to some others in the neighborhood the food quality had never been bad in our experience. And I do thank them for at least recognizing that how we were treated was wrong.

I really like this location. I love the Gluten free pizza. No one had compared yet to domino’s gluten free pizza. They remodeled and it looks nice. The employees are wonderful.

Hey, I literally stand corrected! This manager has lead this team to a new level! The atmosphere, design and the staff are operating this store like a flagship! Good work!

Love love love this dominos!!! I always order from them and always get medium pepperoni or cheese with extra cheese and cheesy bread. I use the coupon that’s like 5.99 or something like that for each. I always have left overs which is nice. Whenever they bring it to my door they’re always so pleasant and nice! But I usually tend to pick up because for some people boulder hill can be difficult to navigate(it even is for me when it gets dark and I’ve lived here forever). Whenever I go into the store whether it be after work or not they’re seriously super nice. Always greet me with a smile(: love the people here and I’m sure they’ll eventually know me by name and my order by heart. I once ordered every week, but now I try to keep it to once in a whole, either way they are fantastic and the food is always so good!

Stopped here for carryout yesterday and I am very pleased. The staff is helpful and friendly and they did a great job with both of my pizzas. I had a traditional hand-tossed«white pizza» w/spinach, asiago cheese blend and white sauce instead of tomato sauce, and a pan pizza w/roasted red peppers and mushrooms. By the way, the«handmade pan pizza» that is constantly being advertised on TV right now is truly outstanding for a pizza chain. Overall, I am so impressed with the quality and variety of menu items available at Domino’s right now. They need to give the CEO of Domino’s a gigantic raise. Two quality, delicious medium 2-topping pizzas for $ 14 with tax? Quite a deal!

Normally I hate this crap. In Chicago, there is no need to eat Domino’s. But I saw the«Artisan» Pizzas on TV, and when my wife wanted a Domino’s pizza, I figured what the hell… I tried the«Tuscan Salami & Roasted Vegetables» one… Imagine my surprise when I gave this pie a taste and it was absolutely delicious. Nothing at all like the insipid disc that is usually served by Dominos. A Garlic Parmesan sauce, and easy cheese made this pie nice, light, and yummy. The Salami was good, and the veggies were, too. I never thought I’d be a Dominos fan here in a pizza mecca, but damned if this wasn’t a good feed.
