Domino’s Pizza

We have used the online ordering and delivery since we moved here (Aug 2015), every Saturday since College Football started. We have had flawless orders and delivery every time. The whole process is really quick, haven’t really had to wait more than 30 minutes.

Good pizza but a finicky website that takes longer than it should.

Lost our digital order and it took them 45 minutes to make the pizzas. They did not realize they had lost the order.

This has happened before which is why I feel like I have to review them. I ordered a pizza, over an hour later, not delivered. However, on their online tracker it had been delivered. Called and the chick said she was in the process of remaking it since it was lost and it would be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later it shows up. Pretty sure it was the pizza from almost two hours earlier as it was cool and dried out. As I have stated my order had been misplaced before but at least the times before I got a fresh pizza albeit late. This time the $ 20 pizza went to the dog and we had scrambled eggs. Thumbs down Domino’s, thumbs down.

Consistently good. Always had our order correct. Nice interior with an eat-​in area! No, seriously, multiple tables. Really. Good for after team events to hang out. Self serve Coca-​Cola fountain so step up for your own flavor and refills.

If I could add negative stars to this establishment I would. Yesterday (new years eve) we went to dominos to pick up two pizzas; when we were there it was just a bunch of adolescent idiots playing around instead of properly taking care of the pizza. We took the pizzas and left. Once we ate the pizza our family started dropping like flies. To our surprise we had food poisoning. All night long was full of the aroma of vomit and diarrhea. We contacted the manager of this establishment (a unsophisticated, unintelligent, petty woman named trish) that gave her word that she would send someone to pick up a piece of pizza that caused our sickness. Hours passed and no sign of trish. We contacted her again and she told us that she «MAY» send someone out. I then corrected her that as a manager she WILL send an employee out since she gave us her word. Trish decided to take the time to piss me off and continue to say that she «may» send someone and that she refused to send someone immediately. The only reason why I didn’t involve corporate was because they are closed New Year’s Day. But be sure that tomorrow they will be hearing from me. If you got sick from this disgusting establishment pick up your phone tomorrow and call corporate. Lets ban together so we can have a safe place to eat pizza and not have to deal with horrible repercussions.
