Dirty floors this business location either needs to relocate or give this place a facelift. No proper equipment storage in the group class room. Not all trainers are good and the ones that are good, are not helpful. I’m hoping lifetime fitness to come to our area. It will get golds gym out of business in no time.

RUNAWAY!!! Hate this place and I am not alone! Quite a few of my friends still talk bad of this place and will never come back. The owner is known to only care about money and the morale is low. He WILLNOT let you out of a contract after moving away. He asked for ridiculous proof and threatened to take to court!!! It cost me 3 months membership until I got out! It is seriously not worth it. Gym is small, outdated and not that clean.

This is by far the WORST Golds Gym I’ve ever attended. I lasted there only for two months, however I have been a member of the Franchise in other cities. Bathroom work took for ever to complete! Whaaaat? Half of the employees there just don’t care, or are not helpful at all. The review that says the owner is always there is a complete lie! Had to hunt him down over the phone! over a ridiculous issue. And as expected, Dr. Kevin wasn’t helpful at all. Just another meathead with a gym. With that said, compared to other locations and the one I am now attending, serious issues with the machines that need fixing for weeks, they are just left unattended. Fridge is barely stocked. Why to pay all the extra money, if you do not get the service??? Waste of money, given that there are 3 other gyms in the area offering much better value for the money!

decent gym, some new stuff some really old stuff. 95% of staff looks misserable at all times! They should reconsider who they have at the front as the face of the business.
