Subway

I have been going to Subway for a long time. I have been to this location on and off for quite a a while. Today was the worst I have seen. I always get a veggie salad. I get very few items in the salad but ask if they could give me a little more tomato and onion. Most of the time, they are very accommodating and give extra tomato and onion. Today the woman who made my salad only put a thin slice of tomato and a few pieces of onion in the salad. I asked for a little more and she threw in another thin slice of tomato and a little piece of onion. I knew I had a tomato at home so I wasn’t going to beg for another piece. I asked for shredded cheddar to be put in. She threw in a small amount so I asked for a little more. I knew by her actions she was very annoyed at me. What she did throw in is a large amount of lettuce. I guess to make sure the bowl would be full. I asked for 3 cookies. She rang them up. Packed my husbands sandwich, my salad but forgot to put the cookies in. I asked for them. I will not be going back to this location while this woman is employed there. Like I said, I have been there many times and even though you may have to wait the service was great and accommodating.

Granted they did have more than one person behind the counter making sandwiches, the division of labor was such that the wait times were incredible.
There was a family ahead of me with about 5 people so I expected it to take some time but not 10 minutes to just to get the point of placing my order. Watching the process, you could see that it was not very efficient and again, a poor division of labor.
Once the sandwich arrived, it was excellent. Store is clean and well maintained so the only problem is the poor service.
