This place wack! They always forget something! When I order to go! I want my beans! Then I go back after living 10 minutes away, which is 20 minutes there and back! Then they don’t compensate nothing! But I continue to go cause it’s good!!! But I could find something better! Not going there no mas! Too much drama!

came in and ordered a quesadilla it was literally. Tortilla and chicken and cheese not even melted. It was for my two year old son, so I brought it up to the front and the girl working said «do you want me to heat it up more? What do you want» and when she «heated it up more» it made little to no difference… The entire staff was unfriendly and rude. Laughing under their breath… won’t be returning.

Not bad food. I had their full chicken meal a few years ago but never made a review, and that was okay. I was hoping their 1lb burrito would have been better, but not really. The size is good and the price I can’t complain about. My coworker and I both had it, and both of us agreed it was too dry. The salsa it came with doesn’t do much, so we tried taco sauce with it instead, and that made it work. Still, all I can say it was okay. I noticed people have been complaining about the staff’s attitude, but I didn’t see a problem and the ladies were nice.

Great food ! But the girls that work there will probably get an attitude check really soon. Very rude ! No customer service skills

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service ever. Nasty attitudes for no reason. I mean, literally super rude staff off the bat. Why so angry? Unfortunately, the terrible service supersedes the food, which is decent. Will never go back there!

Very good value meals. Tasty chicken as well as their chicken flavored rice and excellent potato salad. The workers were pretty friendly and I received my order within two to three minutes. Will definitely go back and also order potato salad to take home. It tastes very similar to Hawaiian style potato salad on a plate lunch. Most enjoyable.

Food is Great but there service SUCKS I ordered and clearly let cashier know I didn’t want beans I paid extra for potato salad. I drive 10 mins home to find BEANS AND NO POTATO SALAD! I call let them know they gave me my order wrong knowing my sister is heading this way asked if she can stop by for potato salad they said no WE WANT BEANS AND Receipt in order to trade!!! Are they kidding they made mistake they clearly knew I was just there and make it so difficult! I told cashier HOW ABOUT THEY DRIVE UP HERE AND WASTE THEIR GAS FOR THE BEANS AND RECEIPT!

Good chicken, sometimes a little dry, but the hot salsa fixes that. Always tastes fresh. Friendly staff. Fast services. Tried coming here once and they were out of chicken?! But been back three times since and have ordered the chicken dinner each time. Good drunk food lol!

Let me start by saying that the food is incredible. I would so like to note that most other if not all other Juan Pollo locations are GREAT! This one, is awful. I ordered a party pack for my wife’s surprise party, the first sign of trouble was when I showed up and the food was nowhere close to being ready. Finally I see one of the staff members ore parsing the food. I actually said to him «don’t fill the beans too high, I don’t want to get my car messed up». He nodded and went to the back. Second problem, I take the beans to my car and the canister was so hot that I literally burnt my hands, badly, wasn’t offered any type of holder or anything. Then, I very carefully position my trays in the car with a to we’ll underneath. Well, that did nothing because I got home to find that beans had spilled all over my back seat. As we speak, we have tried twice to get the bean again off the seat, but no luck, $ 60 later we are still looking for an answer. To make matters worse, I called to speak to someone at the location about it and they brushed me
Off and said it was not their responsibility. Drive the extra few miles and go to a different location, this one should be shut down.
Still no response, even emailed their main website with no reply, done with this company.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Customer service sucks! They charge for everything!!! Attitudes! The people there need a reality check! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to eat, Good Chicken, Rive and Potato Salad just old school and very good.
The franchise has a great product to the public and the food is always fresh and hot made to order.

Great tasting rotisserie chicken! Way better than the ones you get at Costco for probably $ 1 cheaper — this is worth that extra dollar. Came here around lunch time in the middle of the week and surprisingly, they were not busy; there was just 1 customer that walked out as I walked in. I expected the the place to be somewhat busy from all of the good reviews on it. I found out why as I ordered. It took less than 3 minutes for them to get my order ready! I’m guessing they just pull a cooked chicken out of their rotisserie and just chop it up! I was in and out of this place in about 5 minutes. As others have said, the potato salad here tastes really good! So much flavor!
I came back here a few days after my initial visit and ordered their 1lb chicken burrito. Huge! But I did find it a little dry for my taste. I don’t think I’ll be ordering that again. But I will come back again sometime for the chicken. Also, I wasn’t in and out of this place like I was in the previous visit. The burrito takes significantly more time to prepare (I probably waited for no more than 10 minutes).
There is seating here for people that decide to eat in but not that much (6 tables if I remember correctly) but that shouldn’t be an issue as I was the only customer here during both of my visits during lunch time. Parking was not an issue but for some reason the lot was relatively full during both of my visits. It’s located in a plaza area with a supermarket (Stater Bros.) and other restaurants and businesses so that might be the reason why.

Would have gotten more stars if these workers weren’t beyond rude, they don’t greet you, say thank you, let alone say 5 words to you. If I wasn’t trying to be professional I would have very inappropriate words to say about the young girls that work there. Very poor, rude service.

It seems that they are always out of chicken at this location. Why would you not prepare for this!!! Who does that!

So it been a while since I came here but I ordered two two chicken dinners that comes with rice, beans and potato salad with each two chickens. I get home and they only gave me sides for one meal and cold tortillas I’m not very impressed even more because I called ahead to place the order

Very good rotisserie chicken, very good rice and great potato salad… I went last night and just didn’t find anything bad to say about the food or how quickly my order was ready. I was about to sit down when the girl said order ready!!! But then again it was 8 pm lol. anyway the only thing i didn’t like, which made me uneasy was the cashier… once i got up to the counter she gave me a look. you know that look girls gives eachother when the don’t like something about you. she straight up stared me from the waist up… she probably would’ve done it from head to toe it it weren’t for that counter between us. anyway she just had a cold attitude not very friendly but I didn’t make it a big deal. I got my bag from another worker and turned to the cashier and said «gracias!!!» really loud, she turned and actually smiled and said «de nada». maybe that was just her personality, who knows, I just wanted my chicken!!!

This place sold every single chicken to one person and didnt save any for walk in customers. Get a clue. When you have a customer that wants to buy every chicken you have maybe you should save something for walk in people and only give them half the chicken. Its called customer service. I will go elswhere for my shickins I guess. So lame…

Best chicken in town by far…
I drive here from San Diego 4 out of 7 days each week and eat here twice a week. I love it here.

Don’t get me wrong I love the chicken here and the rice is amazing but the service seems to be rude to me. Possibly because I’m not Hispanic and can’t speak Spanish? I’ve been here 5+ times and every time it’s a different young girl and I receive extremely dirty looks and am barely spoken to. I find this very rude and actually turns me off to
this location. Sorry Juan pollo three stars because of service

Great rotisserie Mexican-​style chicken!!!
First time at Juan Pollo w/​hubby. We came in for the mini-​pack… I had a COUPON on hand from «your villa» Moreno Valley magazine — $ 10.99 for 1 whole chicken + 3 medium sides of chicken flavored rice, beans, potato salad + corn tortillas & hot salsa (I didn’t care for their mild salsa). The regular price for the mini-​pack + 3 side dishes is $ 13.99 without the coupon. Yes, I saved $ 3 w/​the coupon. They also have coupon specials on their website.
The chicken is moist, has a crispy golden brown skin, and is flavorful. The rice is a bit on the dry side, but I like that it has tiny pieces of chicken in it — my daughter liked it. The beans are OK. The potato salad was the STAR of the side dishes — one of the best potato salads I’ve had in a while (since July 2011). My husband is not a fan of potato salad, but he did like this one! The hot salsa is really my style — it has that kick I was looking for.
The chicken here seems slightly larger than the one they serve at El Pollo Loco. The chickens at El Pollo Loco seem anorexic to me.
They also have a coupon available on yourvilla magazine — $ 13 for 2 whole chickens… can’t get a deal like that at Pollo Loco.
I asked the cashier if the tortillas are home made and she said that the corn & flour tortillas already come pre-​packaged. However, they were served quite warm.
Good value for the money when there’s a coupon on hand — we were STUFFED with the mini-​pack/​side dishes. There was still some chicken leftover + beans & rice for next time.
This is a tiny place w/​5 tables inside, and it was very busy (10 people eating inside and 6 others waiting). It’s best to take the food home.
