Worse service, call in oder for 2 pizza and I was told it will be ready in 15 mins got there wait in line for another 15 mins all so they can tell me we only have one pizza, we are waiting on the other one is gonna take 6 Mins wait 12 more mins so that a total of 42mins just for two simple pizza’s if it wasn’t for my kids they love this pizza I would never come back. GGGGGHRRRRRRRRRR. so mad. And it wasn’t busy at all only 3 people there. And phone ringing like crazy.

I heard this Place’s Pizza is the Bomb! So decide to come here and find out myself! I ordered on (SUPERBOWL SUNDAY) Got there when They said it would be ready 50 minutes from talking to them which was OK with Me! The Pizza was all that too! Great place, Great Food and I will be back!

Never answers the phone girls have major attitude and always get the order wrong save your time money and don’t stress on those brats

Talk about bang for your buck… at $ 4.99 for a large 1 topping pizza, this place can’t be beat. And it’s actually very good pizza! The wings and rib tips are also very good. If you’re working with a budget, Little Bambino’s gets it done. They do get packed, so plan accordingly!

You have to try the pepperoni pizza w/​garlic parmesean butter on the crust. You might want to call ahead to place an order for pick-​up. The place is super small and is crowded with just five people in line but the price is right and the hot wings are yummy too.

They have really good pizza and it is only $ 4.99 so you can’t complain to much about the wait.

This place use to be the best! What happen??? They are always messing up orders now. They need a better answering system because half of the timeall the phone ever does is ring. The pizza use to be the best in town! Now it just tatse okay. Still a good price but this place is going down.

Very good food!!! but they move «sluggish» I went to the next door thift shop killed 20 min and pizza was still in oven wtf… are they using some ancient Italian secret.

So I called just a few minutes ago to place an order for pick up and they keep us on hold for ten minutes and when they answer they are laughing and we ask to speak to a manager and the so called manager gets on the phone and listens to our complaint and then hangs up on us.
I’m done trying to spend my money at this place and would recommend not wasting your time at this place. If they want business their not getting mine anymore! There’s so many pizza places that are more worthy than these incompetent place.

Their pizza is alright. It always has too much sauce but the price its good. However, their customer service needs improvement. No matter when I’ve called I’ve always been put on hold. And even if you go in to just pick up there is always a long line. Ive had to wait over 20 mins for just a pickup order.

The food is really, really good here!!! My only complaint is that they work incredibly slow… even on orders that have been called in… if they say itcwill be 20 – 25 mins, please know that they mean 30 – 40 mins. Because the food is good I will def keep coming, but I would NEVER COME WITHOUT CALLING 1ST… Hope this helps!

Pizza is good for price. But customer service
Was lacking. Needs improvement. My Phone orders have only been answered rude. I called from park next door phone was busy for 10 min. Walked inside phone was off the hook. They said people were on hold. Like my order wasn’t important .
No further orders from me!

I love this place. My fave is their supreme pizza. It is a little more expensive than little Caesars but it’s well worth the extra buck. The service is great also. The girls out front are always very friendly. Yes you do have to wait but it’s fresh when you get it’s just definitely worth the wait to me anyhow. My new go to place for pizza.

I placed my order coming home from work, in which they told me the order will be ready in 30 mins. Mind you I work in the City of Industry. It takes me an hour or so to get home. 40 Mins later I arrive at Bambinos. My order was not ready, in fact it wasnt in the oven or made at all. I was told another 20 mins to get the order. At this point I am pissed off. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and look like she needed the night off or a new job. Interrupting me at every turn, and given me dirty looks. I asked for the manager, and that took 10 more mins. Now this is about an hour or more after I called in. The food still wasnt ready or being made.
The so called manager, who looked like a supervisor, told me that I need to wait 20 more mins to get my order. When I questions why, she told me I placed my order at a different. I processed to show her my phone when the order was placed and she refused to acknowledge that she was wrong. She started getting loud with me at this point. I am beyond pissed at this point in time. I wanted my order. Then a guy behind me speaks up. He placed his order 10 mins before I did, and his order wasnt ready either. They refused to discount or get the order ASAP.
If your job is serving the public with services, live up to what you tell some one. This place doesnt care anymore about the customers nor what to properly service them. I wish the owner would take the right step to take care of these issues, but I doubt that will happen.
If you read this review, there is a better place around the corner, that will take care of you and provide you with a better service, and FAR SUPERIOR food and experience.

I give 3 stars for customer service! Pizza is decent for the (price) but they can be a lil more generous with the cheese. I’d much rather go down the street to fast 5 pizza and order from there! It’s affordable and better tasting! I think their pizza is like 5.50 for a large one topping… and its a new, clean owner! Uhm they also add lot’s of cheese as well :)

Ok so IT IS better than Caesars, but it’s not always hot nor ready! Don’t even think about showing up for take out without calling your order in, I’ve waited 30 minutes for a dang pizza, outside because the place is big enough for 5 people maybe. Dominos has $ 5 deals often and they deliver…
I almost try to avoid coming here, just because it’s better than another place doesn’t mean it’s actually «good».

I’ve been coming here since 2008 and I love this place… For the Price it Beats Little Ceasars and other small Pizza Parlors. Make sure they put enough sauce on the wings, and try the Pizza with No Crust! Also, all of the specials are pretty Good Too… Worth A Visit! CALL IN YOUR ORDER! Don’t be dumb and wait in line.

Love the pizza. Wish they did delivery though. Service is good too. The cashiers were nice and helpful. Will def recommend this place to family and friends

Great pizza, crazy busy so call in your order ahead of time but understand that they ALWAYS put you on hold before taking your order lol it’s never failed for me. Despite the long wait the pizza, wings, and price make up for it all
