They must have new management because the staff is so friendly. A couple of months back it was unsatisfactory. Everyone was smiling and helpful, checking in on clients. In particular a very bubbly girl with dark hair who usually works the fitting room– extremely nice!

I love this place, they always have seven jeans and a little of everything. They used to carry helicopters but not any more. The service has always been great and helpful.

I made a return to this store because I was in the area. The items I was returning were purchased from another TJ Maxx Store, but I had the receipt. In the process of trying to return less than $ 20 worth of product, I was accused of trying to return something that had not been purchased from TJ Maxx. The sales clerk essentially accused me of theft. At the same time I was at the counter, another sales clerk was giving someone else a very hard time about returning her purchases as well. Avoid unless you want to be treated like a criminal.

Just downgraded this store because it abandoned the male consumer. This used to be my go to spot to pick a nice shirt, jacket, jeans, shorts or t skirt. There used to be walls of t shirts and shorts, sweaters and other things. They have reduced the men’s department to one aisle and some nick nacks. I am now forced to drive to SanJose for a decent selection. Shame on you TJ Maxx of Morgan Hill.

This store is ok. It has a little bit of everything. No clothing finds, but I found some silicone cupcake molds. Yassss! Lots of home stuff… TJ maxx has a jewelry section. They have Michael Kors watches… They sell suitcases too… Come and see if you find anything cool.

This is a nice store. A ton of merchandise and well organized so it’s easy to shop. prices are good and the employess are pleasant. My only wish would be that they carried more girl size 6x — 16 pants. I’m not a little girl but I’m 5′ and 90 lbs and a girls size 10 or 12 fits better than a size 0 and are not 7″ too long. The variety in general though is awesome. I always find something

Extremely personable and upbeat service! Everything is very neatly organized, too. There aren’t any«better» brands that are usually displayed in the front such as Splendid, Vince, Tahari. Nor were there any Kate Spade or Rebecca Minkoff purses that you can find randomly at other stores, but the store and staff are remarkably pleasant.

As a discount store, it’s not as bad as some others that I’ve been to. Things are usually where they’re supposed to be generally. Soaps are with soaps, etc, but not the same soaps are with each other. So you may have to hunt around a little for the soap you’re looking for. They have a pretty good selection in the clearance areas too.

When you buy something at say«Macy’s» you expect to be able to return it to a «Macy’s» anywhere right? WRONG! Not with T.J. Max! I tried to get a refund for something I bought at the Almaden store and they refused me saying they don’t refund«home goods» at their store. I don’t know who thought up this policy and why but its just simply NOTOK. Where is this stated in their refund policy for the customer to see? I had to drive all the way into San Jose to return my item. I didn’t appreciate this one bit. Although I love T.J. Max, they just lost a customer because of this ridiculous policy. If they as a department store can’t give a customer a refund for something from another store they don’t deserve to be in business. Seriously T.J. Maxx FIXIT!

I shopped here often but no longer. Did you know that if you have a defective product they will not return your money or even give you a store credit without the ticket or the receipt? I bought a step stool there and had it long enough that I threw out the receipt. The ticket was one of those glue on types so I had removed that as well. The step stool started to break apart as I was standing on it! They refused to do anything. If I ever shop here again I’ll keep every receipt and ticket I have for at least a year. Beware!

For a big discount clothing store, this one is *really* great. I would definitely prefer to shop here as opposed to the Ross int he next town over. The biggest pro for me is the checkout line. There is an organized line(similar to Old Navy), and the check stand lets you know when the checker is ready. There were more than enough cashiers when I went. I was in a very long line, but within five minutes, I was able to check out. I really like how they organize the front of the store that way. I also like the layout of the store. Things were relatively easy to find, and it made me want to buy more! The dressing rooms were well-lit, and there were enough of them. They were also clean and had an associate there waiting to help.

Let me start off by saying. I am an employee of another TJX companies store in the area. I went into this store today to make a purchase, I went to the register where Moira was. She rang me up and I handed her my associate card for my 10% off. I hadn’t realized it had expired. No other store in the company checks and this store doesn’t usually. I was told it expired and I said ok I won’t make the purchase today. I made the comment that if I wasn’t an active employee it wouldn’t go through anyways, as I was walking away I heard her mumble and mock me. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional. I called and spoke to the manager who had a very flippant attitude and didn’t seem to think her behavior as wrong. I will never shop this store again discount or not. I am appalled at the rudeness of the associate, Moira and the manager, Paul for thinking rudeness is ok

Great spot to buy dress shoes, bags, kitchen/home goods and kid stuff(from sippy cups to socks to cheap toys). I have found some treasures here. Lots of name brand items. There is a fairly good jewelry counter too — especially for sterling silver pieces. It’s a discount store, so don’t be expecting perfectly clean and organized. 3 stars because the line always, without fail, takes F O R E V E R which is very inconvenient.

I kind of like this store. As a guy, I’m always aware of the selections in the men’s department. This store seems to have a pretty decent selection compared to similar stores. Their variety of home décor and necessities is also a plus. I do much prefer this place to the Ross down the road. There’s no comparison. I’ve popped in here several times and will continue to do so.

Nice that we have TJ Maxx in MH. Located within the Nob Hill plaza close to the Mexican restaurant. The store is on the smaller side compared to other TJ Maxx but good enough for a smaller town. Lots of great finds in this store as long as you’re patient to go through racks after racks of many designer clothes priced very well. They also have a jewelry dept and home collections. The shoes they carry are out of their boxes and whatever is out is all they have. If you find something u really like… buy it. Guaranteed it may not be there if u wait specially if it’s a hot item.

Sleepy little Vineyard Center… home of McDonald’s, most notably, and TJ Maxx. One of those TJM’s that are a surprise find. En route to Clos LaChance, I was a bit early and decided to swing off into this strip mall to peruse the home section. Much smaller and from fell glance, an inventory that may be slightly less cutting edge and a bit dowdier in look(lighting? not bustling?) than other branches. Spotted an item or two that I would give some serious weight had I more time to deliberate. Preferring the smaller town TJMaxx such as this one and one I recently frequented in Livermore, I like shopping without crowds and the feel of the ‘competition’ eyeing same item. Don’t have the opp to get to a TJMaxx too often, and this neighborhood one might fit well for one who has much time to sift through and peruse.

Be prepared… Most of the time this place is pretty disorganized. But if you are a shopper and love the hunt, you’ll enjoy shopping here. They do have a good selection of just about anything you could possibly looking for. They have lotions, décor, furniture, food, books, bedding, you name it. It’s like a mini department store without the departments. Also be aware that some stuff they sell is very high quality while other things they sell are cheap cheap cheap.
