Awesome service and okay food. Chicken noodle soup tastes sour. But everything I have had there is good.

I honestly cannot recall the last time I had such poor service in a restaurant of any kind. The place was busy, but had plenty of seating, yet, once seated, we waited 20 – 30 minutes to receive even a drink menu or food menu. This, despite repeatedly asking employees(including the supervisor) to please come to our table. Flash forward another 10 minutes and no one had come by to take a drink order. We had to practically drag a waitress to our table first to take a drink order and again to take our food order. No one again returned to our table despite overt arm-waving when our waitress would pass our table. So, we were unsuccessful in getting service for a second drink. My wife finally walked away from the table and order a second drink from the bar… which still took 10 minutes to be served, even though there was hardly anybody at the bar by that time. The food was mediocre at best. This place has a nice view outside and has plenty of potential, its a shame its so poorly managed.

Food was great, tasted fresh and made to order. view was beautiful and overlooked a gold course. Undestaffed, service is a bit slow. We didn’t have enough silverware or napkins for a third of our party, but we shared lol!

Stopped in with a buddy for a late lunch. The place was empty with the exception a few tables of golfers on the outside check. It took a while for someone to say hello and take our drink order(bartender never acknowledged our existence but seemed to be enjoying a snack or two). We ordered a cheeseburger and I tried the Grilled Chicken Caprese sandwich as it sounded interesting at the time and was recommended by our waiter, Robby. The sandwiches were $ 12 each which are resort prices I guess but reflected poor value to be sure. This was a $ 5.00 burger anywhere else. The burger was obviously a pre-formed patty of medium quality… a missed opportunity for a golf course grill but the potato wedges were tasty and well cooked. The Grilled Caprese was not what I would have expected and nothing special. While the bun was OK the chicken was tough and chewy at best. The mozzarella should have been sliced instead of served as balls on the tomato. The«kettle chips» were little more than bagged chips even though the menu would lead you to believe they were made on-site. I wish my buddy had been in the kitchen preparing the lunch… he can cook and pays attention to details. The restaurant was clean and in good repair and there are plenty of TV’s. Service was only fair as we had to flag our waiter down for drink refills and he never returned to check on our order. The staff spent plenty of time chatting with one another and a selection of friends who stopped by. If you’re not up for heading for another restaurant outside the resort after a round of golf you’d probably do better by making your own at home or in your condo. There’s no reason to hang around for the experience offered at Legends.
