Depends on who helps you.

When i moved to morgantown, this was the first place i went to try and get outfitted for the summer riding season. I needed all new gear and a new bike and i knew what i wanted, so it should have been very simple. I got almost no help, it took me 15min to get someone’s attention (on a wed afternoon) and when i did, he was friendly, but then after a couple of questions, he LITERALLY WALKED AWAY from me and just started texting and virtually ignoring me. Quick yes/​no answers followed and when i asked if we could order my bike so i could pay for it up front, he didn’t even take me seriously!
Now i realize that some people are just stupid, but i have tried going back in several times to check selection and shop for gear and i get almost the same treatment from everyone there. I usually do not get a greeting from any employee and have to bother someone to get help. Most of the time i just find what i like and then call another bike shop across town and buy it from them.
My advice, stay away and get help elsewhere
