My father and I have used this dry cleaner shop a number of times too. It was for convenience sake for suits and formal wear. In conclusion, we will never come here again, 1: Terrible customer service. The lady in there stole my iPhone 4… and made up lies that she never saw it. 2. The lady is a stingy thief that tries to scrimmage every penny because she took a nickel from my hand and replaced it with a dime when she returned the change. 3. She gave me a false receipt when she overcharged me on my credit card. The receipt was invalid and how could she return the money when she did not have my credit card information? She lied about never seeing it too. 4. She does a poor job… she has destroyed most of my good shirts.
Horrible.

I have been using New Image Cleaners for about a year now as I wear suits fairly often to work. I have been happy with the customer service, quality of work, and turn around time. Lady there was kind enough to do extra stain remove process as well as even adding a button to a shirt.
I have yet to run into an issue. Cost is a little high but I am willing to pay for quality.

I’ve been using this dry cleaner on average twice a month for about four years now. They always have my clothes done on time and do a great job. The women who work there are very friendly and will remember you if you are a regular. In all of the times I’ve brought my clothes there, they’ve only once damaged one piece; they broke a hem in my pants and fixed it at no charge the next time I came in. I would definitely recommend this cleaner if you need to take your clothes somewhere on a regular basis.

Terrible customer service! and i am definitely not a complainer…
Dropped my clothes off on a Monday morning and requested that they be done for pick up on thursday — they promised that they would have it done by thursday evening before they close. They did not have my clothes done when i picked up first thing on Friday morning at 7am (since i didn’t make it from work on time on thursday night) and it was extremely inconvenient to have to make another trip back two hours later. When I had went back to pick up my clothes– I told the woman that I was a little bit disappointed and asked if there anything that she could do for me. She refused to do anything and proceeded to tell me that «no one is perfect.» I never said you were perfect, i never said i was perfect — i was dissatified with the service provided since I need by dry cleaning by a certain «promised» time — a few dollars off of the bill for my inconvenience would have been sufficient. I wasn’t asking for much…
Poor service and rude — never going back there again!

I’ve used this dry cleaner a number of times for my suits and my fiancée’s dresses. I don’t have to wear a suit often in daily life (thankfully), but every now and then a wedding or fancy dinner will pop up and I’ll need to look nice. In the days that follow, I throw my crumpled evening wear into the backseat of my car and ride around with it til I happen to be driving by New Image Cleaners.
Though they used to be out front on the street, they have recently moved down into the parking lot where the Farmer’s Market is. I think it was smart of them to do so simply because their previous location was sometimes difficult to drive out of. Though I’m sure they moved more for size reasons.
The woman who works here (I’ve only seen one every time I go) is friendly and always smiling. I’ve never had a problem or a complaint about my clothes. The price is the same as you might expect in any dry cleaners. And I was just in there last week and was given a lint roller as a Christmas gift. Cute!

I’ve been here a number of times in the past couple of months and have found their work to be great. I like this place because I’ve gotten a couple of items mended as well as dry cleaned at the same time. The woman behind the counter is very nice and I think their prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that they take several days to get garments back to you so it takes a little planning ahead before dropping things off there.

They destroyed 8 of my expensive business shirts in some sort of chemical process, they then blamed me for it and charged me for dry cleaning service. I always check all my shirts before I leave it at the cleaners to make sure it does not have missing bottons or needs additional care, they were in good condition. It’s absolutely destroyed. I will have to take this to court.
