Just had a wristwatch belt replaced here. Eugene did a great job — the watch looked like new and the service was fast!

I went to EK Clocks with several watches to repair including a Seiko, ESQ, and two different Citizen watches. Eugene was professional, straightforward, and absolutely honest in his assessment. The Seiko and one of the Citizen watches were an easy repair that was done during my visit. The ESQ needed additional repairs and would take additional time to repair, within one day Eugene called me to advise me that the repairs were not worth the cost and I chose not to continue in their repair. My other Citizen watch which had the most sentimental value had become damaged from salt water exposure. Eugene was upfront and honest explaining that the watch could not be repaired, but advised me on how to treat salt water exposure in watches in the future. In addition, to replace my everyday watch I was able to purchase a Bertucci watch at a reasonable cost which have an excellent movement and made from titanium to be light weight and scratch resistant.
