Like a moth to the flame i keep coming back week after week. If only CFA was open on sunday… i really like Wendy’s. The food is great. This Wendy’s has some pretty bad service on sunday’s though. always they act like it’s a inconvenience for me to be there. And, hold on for a minute. If i’m getting two meals and i ask for ketchup.(begin the forbidden all caps) Please give me more than 3 ketchup packets. For the love of god. it is super embarrassing to have ask you twenty-three more times to get more ketchup like some kind of ketchup junkie. God, I know I have a problem. I need you Wendy. Hold me.

Went there to buy a French vanilla ice coffee. First someone should tell fast food chains that Splenda and equal are not the same thing. The ice coffee tasted like a watered down old coffee and I could not even begin to sense nor smell the French vanilla. It was so awful that if I didn’t go through the drive-through and was on my way home before tasted it I should’ve returned it

Walked in this evening around 8:30. One employee was cleaning, one was scooping ice and a third was walking around. All three looked at me and completly ignored me and continued what they were doing. Because of this stellar service I turned around and walked out.

New Wendys location is clean and sleek and bright! Had the new Asian chicken salad-more chicken than they give you at Salad Works! Cashier was very nice-explained all the new salads to me – very friendly-very helpful. Hope it stays clean.

first customer there today at 1058 am ordered a double baconator baconator fries and lemonade. 1104 am still no food still the only one inside but a ton of food is being hustled out thr drive up window quickly. 1108 i ask for a refund. the employees all have no clue about my order. a minute later my sandwich appears and then my fries then my drink then my bag but still no fir lid as i requested twice. i leave and call corporate.

Management should be ashamed of themselves. When a customer has a complaint that the food was so bad it had to be thrown away, don’t offer them more food for free. You have got to be kidding. Offer a refund, perhaps a gift card good at any Wendy’s but don’t invite me back for more over-salted fries and another rubbery Baconator for free. Last $ 9.19 of mine this franchise will ever see(and by the way, I work around the corner and all of my co-workers know about your food.) Wish there was a zero star rating.

I from been to Wendy’s from time to time as I pass one by. I guess everyone has been. Out of the Top Three, I’ve always preferred Wendy’s. After shopping at Best Buy, I stopped by this particular Wendy’s for lunch. I have to say the customer service at this particular location was noteworthy. I would normally never take the time out of my hectic schedule to write a review just about customer service. But I feel compelled to let others know about the excellent service and love I felt at the place. That attractive and powerful general manger at this location has made me a customer for life.
