I just had a root canal and I actually fell asleep during the procedure! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you love gadgets, they have lots of them! Dr. Maltezos is very skilled and the procedure is almost painless. I’ve had a few root canals and Dr. Maltezos and Lowcountry Endodontics get my highest recommendation.

I went to Dr. Maltezos because he was board certified and was my 3rd Endodontist. He was highly professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He performed my 3rd root canal and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. The healing afterward was better than my previous ones and had no pain from the procedure! He went out of his way to take care of me and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I was in huge pain on a Saturday afternoon with a tooth that had bothered me before. I had a root canal that was botched and no other doctor had been able to rectify. Dr. Chris Maltezos (owner of Lowcountry Endodontics) offered to see me after buisness hours. He met me within an hour at his office and relieved my pain. He was professional, kind and very knowledgable. He went above and beyond what I expected and I haven’t had a problem with that tooth since. I am amazed and very grateful. His prices were lower than others in the area and he handled my insurance. I would highly recommed him and his office.
