Everything was fine up until it came time to actually perform the washing. The person who was sent out didnt get the back screened in porch or collect the check for doing the service. Was called by the owner who told me that since no one was home, he was unable to do, despite having talked to someone at the house while he was there, and someone being home the entire time. The follow up visit was missed the following day, then rescheduled to saturday. When he actually did come back, he did a very poor job on the porch. Then the owner called over a week later to collect payment, and charged me $ 100 more than I was originally quoted, for which I had to wait for a refund. Will NEVER do business with them again and would advise caution to anyone looking for a similar service to look elsewhere.
