Burger King

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Missed my order and just got an ice cream cone my man ordered. The employees seemed to enjoy just d*cking around. They even «drew» a smile on their face with their fingers as people pulled up that those waiting could see and laughing about it.

Super super friendly. They forgot to give me my drink, but that is probably because I was trying to map out how to get back to my hotel and the sweet kid at the window called in the troops to make sure I found my way back. Excellent customer service!

Ordered through the drive thru… big mistake takes forever. Ordered chicken sandwich meal large said I wanted ketchup got none said no ice in my soda he even repeated it after waiting 10 minutes to get my food had a large soda with ice that I didn’t want ice no ketchup no napkins. Very sad service. I work down the street so go there alot. Won’t be back…

Extremely slow service and always out of things. This morning I was the only customer there, and it still took over 10 mins to get my food. I ordered a fully loaded croissantwich and was told they were out of sausage. I was offered double ham or bacon, so I asked for bacon naturally. Ten plus minutes later when I got my food and drove off, I looked at the sandwich and there was one single piece of bacon on it.
The only other time I have been there it took about 25 minutes to get lunch at the drive through. Never again.

Slow service I was told they were out of whooper meat I think the people here are all high.

Very slow service. Don’t come here if you are in any kind of hurry. I’ve been here 35 minutes and have’t received our food.

The staff is horrible. They were rude forgot items and seemed irritated to have to speak to people. They were out of chicken strips, nuggets and boys boxes.

Incredibly slow – just go elsewhere.
The staff seems to take their precious time tending to their relationship issues rather than serving their customers.
I hope the food is cleaner than their floors are.

Slowest BK ever!

I love this place! The people are friendly and the food is great. The people are always willing to help and always have a smile. I am really picky and ask to have it «MY WAY» every time and they are always happy to do it and always get it right. Bonus is they are fast and open 24 hours!

This is the standard type BurgerKing restaurant with all the standard fare. Food is standard nothing special or great. What makes these restaurants remarkable is the staff. Well this is remarkable only in the sense of the poor quality of staff working their, including the manager.
They have perfected the art of standing, chatting and doing nothing. When I ordered, which was a very simple order, the young man actually did a great job and repeated it correctly. The falling down on the job was the person who assembled the food. He screwed up each and every order. When I came back 45 min later, expressed my dissatisfaction she simply laughed, said she’d be happy to replace the order. Don’t was your time with this BK… manager is unable to think out of the box, in how to satisfy a customer.
