The coupons sucked me again. Tried the fish sandwich and loaded fries. Both were actually great. I got the fish sandwich on the flatbread which was a great choice. I like the density of the Flatbread; worked well with the fish. The fish sandwich also had the perfect amount of tarter sauce. Now the loaded fries… the fries were great BUT I think the plastic container that they are served in is just so wasteful! I cannot justify purchasing the fries again for that reason. Sure, the plastic is probably recyclable but really, who the heck is going to recycle it?!

OMG!!! This has got to be the worst Arby’s left and one of the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Our bill was over 50 bucks for a few cold brisket sandwiches, runny orange shake and a screwed up order. I feel sorry for the people that went through the drive up and left with my sandwiches, at least I was able to take my order back up and have it remade, cold but remade. I’m not sure this place even has air conditioning. It was hot and muggy and filled with smoke from fried food. Over 82 degrees today and this place didn’t even have air conditioning??? No ice tea in the ice tea container and no ice in the pop machine. Rrrrrrrr I want my 50 bucks back!!! Nothing but young kids working. I think the manager on duty really needs some training and is just not ready to be left alone. Looks like she had a good visit from her long lost sister because as the orders we getting screwed up they were catching up. And just to top off our lovely family meal, as we are leaving I see an employee in a black honda in the parking lot, out in front of the restaurant, smoking what smelt like marijuana. Sure hope whoever was out there was over 21… I sure hope my family and I don’t get sick from eating here. This place should really be checked or shut down… I Checked the top of my receipt and guess what??? No phone number, address, or manages number… Hmmmm, I wonder why???

This place is so good. We come here once a week at least cause it’s so good. I love their plain roast beef sandwiches most though. Nice people who work there.

The worst drive thru service in skagit county. I work close by and every time the take forever to get cars through and I always ask for Arby’s sauce she looks in the bag hands it to me and of course no sauce again. Burger King from now on …

My son and I both became very ill after eating at this Arby’s last night, and are still sick 24 hours later. We called the store to inquire whether anyone else had reported illness, and to rule out Arby’s as the culprit. We spoke to a very young-sounding girl that, instead of showing concern for the customer, proceeded to tell me the time parameters of foodborn illness, as if to say««It couldn’t have been our food.» First, having worked in foodservice for years, as well as the medical field, I know how long it takes for food poisoning. Second, thanks for the concern(sarcasm). Third, why did I not hear back from the manager instead of the clueless teenie-bopper that answered the phone? Generally, we enjoy this Arby’s once every couple months, but feel that the lack of concern for a potentially big problem may keep us out of this restaurant long-term.

Wow I never knew they could make a sandwich at a chain taste that good… We stopped here for a late lunch, exhausted after a long half day of hiking around Skagit and Mt. Vernon. We were welcomed by very courteous staff behind the counter as soon as we entered and they recommended sandwiches after asking us what we liked/disliked. My friend got the Cravin’ Chicken Sandwich with curly fries and a drink. It was perfectly filling and he really liked it. I ordered the special Smokehouse Brisket and oh my god it was amazing. I never imagined the meat to be that tender and flavorful. I believe them when they say it is actually slow smoked for 13 hours. It literally melted in my mouth and I’ve never had that quality of meat at a sandwich chain. The amount of BBQ sauce was just right, the gouda cheese went perfectly with the meat and sauce, the onion rings added a bit of a crunch and the bun was lightly toasted so it held everything nicely without getting soggy. The curly fries were also really fresh and tasty and I didn’t need any ketchup on my meal which to me is a good indication of an excellent sandwich. This particular Arby’s is really far away from home but since I do visit the Skagit and Mt. Vernon area from time to time, I will definitely be going back. I will also surely try that sandwich at an Arby’s closer to home soon.

If not the best, one of the best Arby’s i’ve been to. I was welcomed as soon as i walked in. The girl that took my order was very courteous and nice. She was even nice enough to tell me to take a seat and she would bring me my order as soon as it was done. Always with a smile on her face she swiftly got my order together and delivered the goods. The chicken bacon swiss in my favorite and will probably remain my favorite for awhile, but there beef and cheddar is definitely a close second I rang the shit outta that bell haha

So, I was supposed to stop at Sonic on my way down to Portland for our honeymoon, but I missed the exit. Whoops. I have never been to Arby’s. Ever. Never even thought about going. Since we started our trip around 6pm, I missed dinner. Apples were not cutting anymore. I saw a sign for Arby’s and thought, «Why not?» We pulled into the parking lot and made our way inside. There is a bell that says I should ring it if I thought the service was good. It’s empty. I am not surprised. It’s Thursday around 8pm. At first, I thought there were a lot of people working. Holey Moley… it’s because their drive-thru was non-stop the whole time we were there. My husband(ehee hee… that is the first time I have written that… humour me, it’s new to me) and I decided on the Three Cheese Angus with Bacon sandwich. We got one meal and a sandwich. I think it was like $ 12 for our meal. Even before we got our food, I was already in love with this place. I love love love-ah condiments and they had Horsey Sauce(mayo with horseradish) right beside the ketchup that I could squirt out to my heart’s content. I get my sandwich and it’s wonderful. It’s the best roast beef sandwich. Ever. The beef was really tender and had a ranch-y kind of sauce. I poured on the Horsey Sauce and it gave it a nice kick. I tried to eat the whole thing, but gave up because I wanted me some curly fries. Yum yum yum, those were really good dipped in the Horsey Sauce too. My husband remarked that everything was really salty. I didn’t think so, but I did suck back the whole drink so maybe it was… The guy at the till was really nice. I guess they ask for your name because the food takes a bit to make… he spelled my name right. A lot of people don’t. You’d be surprised… I didn’t ring the bell while I was there. Why? Because I thought it was kind of awkward. But anyhoo, clang clang, ding ding.
