The Gem Garden

I used to be an dedicated customer for Bright. I can’t tell you how many items of hers we have. So of course when it came to getting my bridesmaids gifts she was where I went and I spent the time to design some jewelry and tell her what I wanted made for the girls. I was told my items would be ready in a week. Well the week came and went with no word and NO returned phone calls. Finally after trying to reach her via phone, text, email and facebook, Bright responded via facebook messenger stating that she was at a festival and wouldn’t be able to meet me that day to give me my ordered items. I told her I would come pick them up and she said actually they aren’t done yet. I asked how far until my items were and she hadn’t even started! So now at this point my wedding is 2 weeks away! She said she would have them done by the following week and I told her I needed them by Friday, leaving one week until my wedding.
I didn’t hear from Bright AT ALL I tried calling her Wednesday to make sure we were on time NO RESPONSE, Thursday NO RESPONSE, FRIDAY NO RESPONSE and she wasn’t at her location in Lynnwood/​mountlake terrace. Saturday by noon I had ENOUGH I called and cancelled the entire order. THANK GOODNESS I HADN’T PAID HER YET! Lord knows how long that would have taken to get my money back. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I had recommended so many people to Bright in the past and now I can no longer do so as she caused A LOT of unnecessary stress when a wedding should be a joyous occasional. Thankfully I found another seller on Etsy that matched my wedding even better.
