So we got free Breakfast with our stay at the hotel. It was edible but uninspired. The sausage was salty and the bacon was flacid and limp. We don’t like things that are flacid and limp. We will continue to eat breakfast there for the remainder of our stay only because it’s free.

Went for lunch on a ski break. Our waitress, Rebecca I think, recommend the fried sprouts to start off with. I ordered the blt and the kids shared the chicken sandwich with truffle fries on the side along with the wings. The only down side was that there was not a drink or wine list but the sever made up for it with letting my husband and myself try a bit of the wine before we put in our order. Over all great location, good atmosphere, prompt service and great food.

Had lunch here. Are the steak salad and it was pretty good. The potatoes were undercooked so I picked those out but the rest of it was fantastic. I prefer a place like this over the on mountain dining because the food tastes better and is served to you for the same price as you pay on mountain. It is just as easy to get too. The Bloody Mary comes with a couple slices of bacon too.

Skip it. So many good places to dine here this one is lackluster. I stayed in the hotel and got the complimentary breakfast. It was a joke. The food was sub-par and the service was a joke. The waiter told us, in the kitchen-yes we had to go into the kitchen to find someone to see if the place was even open, no one had shown up for work that morning. He couldn’t remember my ketchup or to refill my water. It’s a ski resort, I need to hydrate! All of this mess and when I got there we were one of two couples in the restaurant. It took a full hour to get our food and get out and my mother only ordered a bagel! Terrible experience with breakfast. We came back that night for a drink at the bar. He couldn’t do a frozen drink for her which was reasonable but the bartender was out of the whiskey, sugar cubes and lemon for my Old Fashioned. We might as well have renamed it Jack with Domino sugar packets and an orange peel. The guy was nice and I laughed as every step of the way he had to make up a substitute. Nice place but there’s better on the mountain.

At over 45 minutes and still no breakfast. The service was terrible as well and could only keep coming up with excuses for why we did not have our food.

We love this hotel as a ski on/out. But the service in the hotel and as a restaurant is horrible. We went once last year, and thought it was just a busy night. It took us 2hrs or more to get our food. So this time, on a Saturday and holiday weekend, for breakfast, they were out of orange juice, bagels were frozen. There were about 6 tables and it took us about 1hr to get our food, etc. And once it got busy it was all over The food is good once you get it, the staff is nice, but the overall service and management could definitely improve!

We sat at the outside bar and the bartender was friendly and efficient. He even put on a soccer game for us that we were hoping to catch, which was awesome. I had the reuben and my husband had the tacos. Both were good but the reuben has a little too much bread. I did ask if I could get only one layer and the bartender told me it would probably still come out with both layers… not the end of the world but I was trying to save food I wouldn’t be able to eat. We had a couple of beers while there as well and the weather was awesome. My major complaint is that we visited at the end of August… and when we returned home the charge for this place was definitely pending as a transaction on our account because we went through all of our receipts when we got home and made sure everything matched up– as we always do. Today, October 17th, the charge is pending to come out of my account. That’s pretty annoying. I just checked and they never wound up charging me back in August for whatever reason so I’m not being double billed– but I don’t feel like a restaurant should be able to charge you nearly two months after you visit them! There’s no way the charge wouldn’t have gone through before at any fault of our own because we never let our accounts get low like that… so why are they just now charging us? This is unacceptable. I don’t especially love seeing a $ 60 charge two months after I thought I paid for something.

Closed before their time posted… couldn’t even try it because they closed shop. So much for amenities and relaxing. Hidden fees to stay here. Not worth $ 160 – 200 averaging a night. Very disappointed!

Our server was very slow, and seemed a little dumb. The view from outside is nice. Menu was basic and moderately priced. If you have got all evening to wait, this places it not the worst.

After reading the other reviews and comparing with my own experience, it must be their policy to «NOT» serve guests in the outdoor area. The older gentleman who was apart of the wait staff actually had to tell me 3 times that we needed to go to the bar to place our order. I was thinking that any moment he would offer to serve us as we relaxed and enjoyed the wonderful view. It was a group of 8 of us… needless to say, we ordered 1 beverage each from the bar and left. 9380 probably missed out on an additional $ 200 worth of beverages and appetizers.

The question we all need to be asking ourselves is WHY is this place still open? The service is horrible. You’d best have a good hour to hour and a half for dinner and happy with wine in a plastic cup. Even getting the check is excruciating. Never going back.

Worst service. Sat outside for 30 minutes and never talked to anyone, obviously I left.

Stopped for lunch had to ask twice for service. After twenty minutes(they were not busy, patrons only at eight tables, we were seated at table 34) and no service we left. Plenty of staff standing around however.

Here is a list of my problems with 9380: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of products, they did not have orange juice for breakfast 3. They use corn syrup instead of maple syrup 4. I counted three misspellings on a half-page menu Simply put, this place is not worth going to.

Mediocre in every way. We waited forever for a table. Food took forever. Food was wrong and way too salty. Whole experience over priced. My friend found 2 French fries in his rice. We talked to the manager and he took the feedback nicely but I still wouldn’t go back.

DONOTWASTEYOURTIME! Even though the food was pretty good — Staff is uneducated about the menu items, told us that certain sides were included but charged us anyway [and $ 14 for a side???]! Could not split check 3 ways. Once the check was finally split correctly, charged everyone’s credit card incorrectly. Food was not delivered all at once, we had to ask multiple times for things, and food runner handled food in unsanitary ways. DONOTEATHERE — even with dining credits! Complained to manager and she glared at us — not very professional!

While the location is stunning, the service, menu and execution needs a lot of work. Each time I’ve sat down on the patio, it has taken over 10 minutes just to get a menu. The patio is usually crowded but it’s tough to ever find a server. If you’re thirsty, your best bet it to go right up to the bar, get a drink or two and then grab a table — that’ll save you about 30 minutes. The menu is pretty basic with a lot of fried food. Very unmemorable with no signature dish. How about grabbing two European ski area specialties like Savoie Tartiflette and/or Veal Goulash with spaetzle? At least the view is nice or otherwise there’d be no reason to go.

Horrible service! We waited an hour for a table the hostess said would take 40 minutes. Then when we asked about when we could expect to be seated she said 6 minutes. Then 15 minutes later a manager came out to say he was sorry the kitchen was backed up and it would be at least another hour before we could order anything. Oh and this all happened around 11:15am. Meanwhile many people placed to go orders that were promptly served. I only give this one star because my 5 year old was able to nap laying on my shoulder while we waited.

Horrible service today(Dec 21st), we actually have had pretty good service the other days, but this morning we only wanted breakfast and were forced to eat the Buffett which we really did not want… The waitress and older dark haired lady was horrible, didn’t see her again after the first time to table… Had to request water 4 times. But we did notice that if you were an employee they would take a breakfast order from you!!! I guess it really pays to be an Employee’s here at this resort and not a PAYINGCLIENT… As to the resort, it wasn’t a bad place but I will not come back here due to the hit and miss employee attitude… Most were wonderful but that two or three made the experience terrible… Suggest going into town as much as possible to eat as you will most likely be disappointed in this place

It is slow season seeing that it is October… However we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere for our honeymoon here in Crested Butte. Brunch was ok. I’m not a huge fan of buffets. I never seem to eat as much as I am charged for and food is never as hot as it is when served. Dinner was delicious! Definitely made up the buffet meal. We had the tacos and i couldn’t get enough. The shredded beef was moist and fell apart each bite. Drinks were good. I had the elevation iced tea. Topped the charts in my books for a sweet tea vodka and lemonade. My personal fave! The only reason I am giving a 3 star review instead of a 4 is because of lack of items… We wanted to order pizza but the pizza oven wasn’t turned on, i think its a wood burning oven. Also the cheese platter was sold out ALL weekend. Friendly staff, more casual than i would have expexted initially for such a nice hotel but it fit seeing its off season.
