I purchased a Smartphone from this Verizon store today. It was without a doubt the best Verizon experience I have ever had. And I had horrible experiences at the Verizon store on Haun Road in Menifee. The Clinton Keith store manager, Roman, helped and he was so fantastic, taking excellent care of me and going above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this Verizon store to everyone!

We went here to upgrade our old phones and was very satisfied with the experience. Ash was a lot of help in explaining the process and patiently helping to transfer our info the new phones. It’s a very small place and not an official dealer, so you won’t get exactly the same details, but the trade in is one-​on-​one customer service. We were lucky to not have to wait, but you might have to. Also they didn’t have any accessories for the Droid phones we purchased, but I assume that’s an aspect of the size of the store front as much as the greater popularity of the iPhone models.

Awesome experience, went in to get my wife a new phone for Christmas. Justin and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in making sure I was getting the best phone for what she was looking for. I will be be back at the end of my contract to get a new phone from these guys. Thanks for all the help!
