Had a great experience working with JORGE and JUSTIN. Not only did they find a way for me upgrade my phone due to mine getting water damage but they also found ways to cut down our phone bill and Fios TV bill! Saved a bunch of $$$$ THANK YOU!!!

OMG this store is amazing. I was referred by a friend and had actually already ordered a new phone upgrade online. I heard about this store and went there to activate my phone instead ended up sending that phone back I ordered online and got a new phone with them.
The guys were all great and worked together to get me a great deal and set up with my new iPhone 6. I will never deal with Corporate Verizon again these guys are the TEAM!

Thank you so much to Jyrome for all of his help getting our family new phones today. Great customer service and he saved us a good amount of money. Not to mention driving all the way to another store to get my husband the phone he wanted. We have our new «go to» place for phones. Best experience we have had at a Verizon retailer location. These guys ROCK. On the release of the iPhone 5S I decided to get to Verizon almost an hour before it opened. I saw that there were only a few cars parked in front so I grabbed a coffee from Starbucks and the parked in front of Verizon. About 30 minutes before they opened one of the staff came out and waived me in, asked if I was here for something specific, I said iPhone 5S and he said we’ve got one, and you can have it. The two guys inside joked with me the rest of the day and remembered me from six months before. Great experience and made me want to give them more of my money.

I stopped in today just to look around since I’m looking to upgrade my phone next month. I was blown away by Lia! (The Store Manager) I have to be honest, I didn’t expect her to know a lot of the details about the technical aspects of the old & newer smartphones. Lia had a thorough knowledge of the products on her shelves. She could articulate the differences between the older and newer models, software improvements as well as contrasts between brand names. Couple that with a sunny disposition and the patience to manage a sporadic barrage of questions from a self proclaimed «gadget guy»…I don’t know who owns this place but Lia sets a great example for the rest of the crew. So much so, I went out of my way to write this review. Great job.
