Ten times better than lowes temecula and its a shame because lowes temecula has some wonderful people there. But the problem is the hostile people that management allows to dwell there.
This would be my go to store along with the home depot just down the street but its a bit out of the way for me.

Same lack of customer service as Home Depot.
Very few times when anybody asks if you need help. Most, don’t make eye contact and walk by. Also, I like the fact you can track your purchases with the lowes card, unlike Home Depot. I remember to scan it at checkout, but how often does the cashier ask, almost never. Most seem to be bored, dislike their job, or ignorant of the program .
I guess management figures they get 40% plus of the customers regardless, so keep the staff levels low, making management look good to corporate.

This place sucks unhelpful unfriendly worthless people work here. Home Depot’s two blocks down don’t waste your time at Lowe’s. Home Depot is way cheaper by the way.
