I was really skeptical about physical therapy when I first showed up for my appointment. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only was it not a waste of my time (as I thought it was going to be) but it was successful. I had a sports injury to my knee and after only 5 weeks of sessions, plus work at home, my knee feels better than it did after 3 months of rest. The best part was the personnel. From the receptionist who remembered my name to the therapists/​assistants who greeted me like I was a long-​time friend. I would recommend this group one hundred times over!
