Tsega’s comments on my prior review, wherein I stated the staff was nice, but didn’t agree with the pricing or lack of consultation – has resulted in a reduction to a 1 star rating. It is a sign of the true character of the individual, e.g. stylist or other professional who decides to defensively attack an unhappy customer rather than remedy or explain the issue. Skewing details such as me waiting and reading while other clients were being tended to and then revealing other intimate details of my service to detract from the factual experience I had… well it speaks volumes! A hair stylist taking shots at someone who comes in complaining about their hair is like a medic mocking a sick person for not being strong enough. It’s your job and I, as well as others deserved your full attention and best effort to remedy the situation. If I’d received that, perhaps I would have felt the pricing was fair, but I did not. I firmly stand by my review and I find it interesting that comments from you are not on others complaining of pricing. I had my hair serviced elsewhere 2 days later and it is wonderful!

I love this Salon. Tsega in particular. She is a phenomenal stylist. My hair grew nice and healthy when she treated it. I do have to agree that her prices are way too high. I would have given her five stars but 90 dollars for a wash and trim is just outrageous.

This review is based on their hair cutting service as I normally don’t color or do anything extra fancy with my hair. Discovered this cute, contemporary, & clean little salon when I needed a last minute hair cut on a visit to Temecula’s wineries.
Staff was very courteous & friendly. I was pleasantly surprised & impressed by Tsega who was the stylist that cut my hair. She actually listened and cut my hair the way I wanted it done! I loved it!!! I’ve had many haircuts ranging from $ 15-​$ 55 depending on the salon and this is only the second time (the only other stylist I like is all the way in Hayward, CA) I’ve found a capable stylist who knows what she’s doing and does what u ask. My hair always looks & feels amazing after I come here.
Pricing is definitely reasonable to me for the quality of services rendered as I asked firsthand what they charged before getting my haircut. You definitely get what you pay for so if you’re on a really tight budget then Fantastic Sams or Supercuts might be more up your alley. It’s like going to a nice restaurant vs. fast-​food drive thru for dinner.

I had beautiful hair before going to this salon. I was new to the area and just wanted a local stylist could trust. I had hair to my shoulders and I wanted to grow it out. After visiting the website I thought I would give them a try. Boy, was I suckered. I told her I wanted to grow my hair out, she said in order for it to grow out the fastest I should get a weave. I spent $ 400+, while the weave looked really pretty, over the next few days I was so uncomfortable because it was so tight. She told me that was normal, a week later I called again. She continued to say that it was normal. I broke out w/​small bumps around my scalp from it being so tight. It was my first weave so I went along with her & like a dummy went back in for an «adjustment». That’s where she charges you to tighten up again as your hair grows out. However, when they took the weave out, I had so much hair loss. I freaked out. I had beautiful, healthy hair that was now thinned out w/​bald patches and hair breakage. I should have sued them. Finally, 2 years later, I have grown my hair out again on my own & it’s 90% better. I will NEVER go there again. While she and her staff were nice, they don’t know what they are doing.

Don’t go here!!! Prices are through the roof!!! I know they are a small business but DAMN!!! Exceptional customer service, but when you start talking about prices, they get extremely defensive!!! I will never go back there, plus there little 10% deal is nothing compared to their prices!!!

Tsega is great! She reshaped a really bad hair cut and listened to what I desired in a style. You should definitely check her out.
