My husband ordered steak and broccoli and it was fine. The food took 3 times as long to come out as it would normally take at other restaurants. I ordered potato skins and they were burned, we sent them back and the second order was also burned… lol. My kids ordered shrimp, but they both received chicken. I never did get my to go order, because the kitchen was so backed up. They took the potato skins off my bill, before I had a chance to ask them to. We had a very nice waiter, otherwise I would only have given one star. We ate here a year ago, no problems. I would not order anything other than steak salad and vegetables. We will not return.

Absolutely the worst Logan’s I have ever been to. I have given it three chances and they have consistently proven to have the worst (and slowest) service in town. I will continue to visit the Logan’s in Florence where the food and service are good. Don’t waste your time or money.

One of the best places to get a steak in town! Service is normally quick and friendly, depending on the time of day you there you may have to wait to be seated sometimes 30 minutes but to me that means the food must be good!

Back at location #545 in Muscle Shoals. Same issues. I can only conclude that this is not isolated, but endemic to the chain. My granddaughter wanted to come here to celebrate graduating 8^th grade. All complained of the quality.

Well… Experience starts with the host at the front door and when I asked for a section that gave quicker service (after sitting in the bar with no greet for 4 min) he said there would be no better section, and he also informed me that I had just arrived. He was quite rude and unprofessional. If he wouldve just apologized and asked what I wanted to drink, I would have stayed, but he had a care less attitude. I was in for lunch on a business day and I have always been greeted within two minutes at lunchtime at a Logan’s roadhouse, ladies and gentlemen do not expect service from this Logan’s roadhouse– a great experience starts at the front door!

The first time my fiancé and I came here our food was not good. We ordered the burger sliders– completely plain no toppings dry as a bone– and the fried cheese burger. Burger was cold, cheese had a gross fake flavor.
We decided to give it a second chance. We walked in and out of 3 hostesses, not one of them said hi or greeted us in any way. I said, «Hi!» and was met with, «2???». The hostess seated us and walked off without having ever said a word. Thankfully, we had a great, very personable server, Jamarcius. We both ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich was great with the side of homemade ranch. The fries were ok, but cold. When we left the 3 hostesses were huddled up talking, and we were nearly out the door before one of them said, «Have a great day!».

Ordered sirloin steak, medium rare, grilled lobster, baked sweet potato with butter, Brown sugar. The potato was the best thing prepared. The steak, I had to kill it first before eating. The lobster, might as well have thrown it into the fire. Dry, charred. These people cannot cook. No stars, won’t go there again.

My spouse got the chopped steak dinner. After two pieces of bone the size of baby teeth, she got the waitress to take it away. Gross.
