I am thoroughly impressed with Mr Eisenhart’s service. I called him yesterday to repair a stuck key on my piano, and he was able to see me the next day (today). He was very friendly, easy to make an appointment with, arrived on-time, and made short work of the problem at hand. I should also mention that he made an innovative repair to another problem with my damper pedal, whose connecting rod will periodically loosen and fall out of its slot.
In short, highly recommended!
