This is actually the first review I have written about any business, but I had to thank Cindy Rhodes of Resort Realty for going above and beyond after my family’s last visit to OBX. Resort Realty has been handling the property we rent for the last 3 or 4 years and they have always been very helpful. This year though, I left a small turtle charm my grandchildren had given me during the visit at the house. Of little monetary value, but great sentiment I called RR and spoke to Ms. Rhodes and she offered to look for it. Imagine my surprise, weeks later after I had given up hope, when I received a call from her saying it was lost, but she had found a replica in Corolla, bought it and was sending it to me. Now that’s customer service! Thank you Cindy. He’s settled in happily with my other turtles from other wonderful times.

Terrible customer service. We rented a vacation home in OBX through Resort Realty recently. When we arrived well after check-​in cleaners were just beginning to clean. We had to wait 2 hrs in 95 degree temps before we could get in the house. I complained to the company but they didn’t even bother to respond. We will not use them again.
