Fletcher Appliance

Sold me a total piece of garbage dishwasher. Was very «cooperative» about coming to my house, looking at it and attempting to resolve issues — but at the end if he day it was just a terrible machine.
Go with a big, «anonymous» place like Home Depot or Lowes that would have just taken the unit back — no questions asked.

I went to Fletcher’s to get more customer service when looking for a new oven. When I walked in, there was no salespeople around and the one salesperson I saw was talking to a friend. He did not even offer to find someone else to help me. I waited around for 15 minutes and nobody helped me! I would not make the extra trip to go to Fletcher’s Appliances ever again!!!

Bought the following appliances from them back in 2006: BOSCH oven, Maytag dryer. Top notched service. Then 2x Frigidaire window ACs last year, then a microwave oven recently. Needed their post-​sales serviceman to come inspect a malfunctioned AC unit a few weeks back. All were handled professionally. No complaints whatsoever.
On the other hand, bought the following appliances from a nearby Lowe’s: Samsung fridge, Samsung washer, Samsung washer pedestal. The fridge water filter is leaking water inside my fridge, the washer now ‘walks’ around whenever it spins, the pedestal has its drawer crooked. Called Lowe’s, totally helpless and forwarded me back to Samsung. My sales has long left Lowe’s, his successors did the same. Fletcher’s? The same good gang forever.
I so wish that Fletcher’s could repair my Samsung, but they won’t as I bought these before their Samsung era. Still, an honest family-​owned biz via ‘care-​less’ big box, your call. If you know of a perfect appliances place, please share. For now, I’m more than happy with Fletcher’s.

The sales people are pretty good at selling but the SERIVCE. What service. I bought several appliances two required service. The repair people are rude and make you feel as if it is your fault the appliance doesn’t work…
I contacted the owner and he was the worst. the employees are only following his lead.
Family business? Go to home depot or Lowes you will be treated better
