Last winter(in February) we came into ownership of a snowblower that needed work. We brought it in to Nashua Outdoor and were told they would look at it and call us back. We received a call stating the issue and were told we would hear back by Monday. When we called on Tuesday to check on it, we were told the part was on back order and we never should have been told it would be ready. We were told they’d call us when it was all set. We called back one more time in a week and received a rude response of basically«dont call us, we’ll call you.» Fast forward to August, we receive a call that our snowblower had«been ready for some time» and the we better come get it or we were going to be charged storage fees. Apparently, it was fixed the first week in March!(WHENITWASSTILLSNOWINGOUT!) They did not believe we never received a call(the one call they«had a note about» being made in March) and wanted payment the first week of the month. Sorry, but we have a mortgage and weren’t expecting to pay right this second. Suddenly our snowblower was a huge inconvenience despite the fact that they never called(and even if they had called in March, never called a second time for 5 months). The owner is never in to speak with and the people in the shop could do nothing to improve our impression of this business. Steer clear!

Extremely knowledgeable staff and ownership. Easily the best value around when you consider the products, advice, service and support provided by these folks. Also, the DIY videos on their website are great. The owner has a video about flooding motors that explained why my chainsaw wouldn’t start(operator error on my part), and clearly explains how to correct it. The fix in the video worked so well that it required the same number of pulls(four) to start my saw as he needed in the video! It’s so reassuring to know the guys selling you this equipment are such experts.

I have had many dealings with this company over the years through my employer. They usually have the parts in stock, or can get that fairly quickly. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative is that sometimes the computer system is not working correctly when I come in, and finding a part is difficult. But overall, not a bad place to go for your lawn and power equipment
