We had a terrible experience here on 6÷25÷16. We were greeted at the door and then spent about 2 minutes listening to 3 different employees argue about whose table we should be seated at. Then they discussed that some of the previous patrons of the day hadn’t spent much so it wasn’t «fair» if we weren’t sat with a specific waiter. It only got worse from here. Chris was our waiter. He never introduced himself, the only reason we know his name was Chris was because two other employees that argued with him later in the dinner called him Chris. He was rude, never checked on us, and when he brought our food out he just said«watch out» while placing it on the table. He never once said thank you, please, or have a nice evening. He was the worst waiter I have ever had at any restaurant on the history of my 30-years of dining. The food wasn’t terrible but the bread was dry and the margarita pizza was not a typical margarita. No mozzarella and way too much basil, basically just a standard cheese pizza. Honestly I would have given this place a 3 or more if it hadn’t been for our waiter. The poor customer service made the food taste even worse.

Staying in town at a nearby hotel and ordered from Pizzico via grubhub. I requested a 7pm delivery and received a confirmation text that it would arrive between 7 and 7:10. It arrived at 6:35. That was fine. I had to pick it up at the front desk and when I got back to my room, I noticed we didn’t have everything we needed. Part of our order included a salad and French fries and the dressing, ketchup, and utensils were not included. I specifically made a note that we needed plates and napkins and noted the kind of dressing. These things happen. No big deal. What WAS a big deal was the response I received when I called. No offer to bring some right over. No offer to credit the salad. Just«oh». Seriously? So, I asked if they would be sending some over and she tells me «well, there’s a $ 4 fee for delivery.» SERIOUSLY?! UPDATE: Super nice delivery man brought me enough salad dressing for an army. He averaged out phone lady’s yuckiness. Food was fine. Gluten free pizza was better than fine.

We love this restaurant. It is smaller than most but the variety of food is great! We have had two large family celebration dinners here, with about 15 – 20 people. They gave us the side room and the food and service was perfect! We eat here all the time and highly recommend them.

I have lived right down the street from Pizzico for a while now but never made it in until last Friday, when I was around for my happy hour. There is a big sign that reads«happy hour 12−6» while I was pulling in, so it must be a draw for this place — the full parking lot was encouraging. There also were a decent number of people inside, but we were pleased that you didn’t have to be in the bar area for the happy hour specials. This was a plus because the two old couples on each respective corners of the bar made it pretty clear they didn’t want their bags to have to give up their seats. The cocktails seemed like they were all on the sweet side. We also ordered the mussels appetizer with red sauce and it was tasty — there weren’t a ton of gluten free options but given the type of restaurant, that comes with the territory. Prices were pretty good, and everything else was good enough to come back.

Place is great bang for the buck. It’s pretty casual, service is usually good not great… But the fold is incredible. We bring our young kids here and it’s a pretty reliable family dinner spot. I would highly recommend it.

Food good. Service horrid. Our server, Jillian the check said, asked if we wanted salads. I said yes and picked a dressing and we placed our orders. I never got my salad and when asked she said«well I asked you but you said you didnt want one». But she did remember the dressing when I jogged her memory. Felt rushed as she reached over people that were still eating in order to box things up or take them away. Just no need for this. When I was the last one eating and she had packed everyone’s things up, I didnt feel comfortsbke eating alone. When she brought my take home, she put it in front of my friend and not me. When asked if it was mine, she seemed shocked by my question but said«yes, didnt you want it packed up?» I said yes thats fine. She said«is there a problem» in a very hostile manner. In fact, everyone at the table was shocked by the behavior. Like the food but just not enough to deal with this type of service.

I should have read the Unilocal reviews for this place before i wasted my money here. I got here dec 24th there wasn’t many people here. I ordered shrimp scampi for an ap. The server brought bread n oil, the oil had this black tasteless spices. I have no clue what it was but it wasn’t good. My shrimp scampi came out and the scampi sauce was gross it was more of a cream sauce and wasn’t any good. I saw no garlic it was pretty bad. For my dinner i ordered the chick broccoli in a white wine sauce, it was very very bland the chicken was boiled the dish was pretty aweful. It took 25 mins for my ap to come out after the ap took 30 mins for my dinner to come out. I will definitely not be going back to this place.

I’d say Pizzico Ristorante is a hidden gem of Nashua, NH. The parking lot is small but we were lucky to get the last spot in the lot. As you enter the restaurant, you have to wait before you get seated. It would have been nice to have a small heater during the cold month. When you enter, you’ll notice the restaurant has Italian artifacts(e.g., framed photographs, scenic dishes), a painted map of Italy on the wall, and fall décor(e.g, cornucopia, pumpkins, fall floral décor). I like how the multiple arches separate between the restaurant and the martini bar. After placing our drink orders, our server brought us homemade Italian triangular bread and herb dipping oil. For dinner, we order three dinner entrees — Chicken Marsala, Chicken Romano, and Linguine Alle Vongole. The Chicken Marsala consisted of chicken sautéed with mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce. We felt that the wine flavor was a bit too strong(that it was bitter). My mom decided to add a side Caesar Salad for an additional $ 1.99. The Caesar Salad consisted of fresh romaine lettuce, croutons, and shaved Parmesan tossed in a Caesar dressing. The Chicken Romano consisted of egg-battered, pan-fried chicken breast with sautéed artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers in a lemon white wine sauce served over rigatoni. I loved how the chicken was prepared but felt that there was a strong roasted red pepper flavor to the dish. I decided to add a bowl of Italian Wedding Soup. The Italian Wedding Soup consisted of a slightly spiced but flavorful broth with pasta, spinach, carrots, and meatballs. I felt that there was too little soup and too much meatball. The Linguine Alle Vongole consisted of Italian baby clams, fresh garlic and parsley in a white wine sauce over linguine. My dad liked how the dish was light! I enjoyed eating the roasted garlic off of his dish.

Ordered online. $ 30.00 for a three topping pizza and some chicken fingers.(OK, must be good) Website charges me $ 2.00 for delivery charge and I tip $ 3.00 additional and it says 30 minutes. YEAH… An hour and 45 min later I call the shop… «will be there any second» they say without really caring at all. Another 20 min go by and my COLD, nothing special pizza shows up(bacon is bacon bits if anything) along with my FOUR chicken fingers. that were nothing more than TINY boneless tenders that are now luke warm at best. This is the first time I have been so dissapointed to actually take the time to write a review if that tells you anything… Off to the microwave to make this meal edible let alone enjoyable.

Made a reservation for a large party and we were very disappointed that we were not even greeted when we arrived but instead the hostess just pointed to the other room for us to seat ourselves. For a group of 16 and an otherwise empty restaurant, service was very slow and servers were not attentive or accommodating. Food was mediocre at best. We used to love coming here and we were expecting a special meal for a very special occasion, but we were let down.

These people don’t care one iota about their customers or the quality of their food. I ordered a pizza and wings through their delivery service. The food took well over an hour to arrive(as usual), but this time it was ice cold. I called the restaurant to ask about it and was hung up on while on hold. I called again and was hung up on a second time while on hold. I called a third time and was hung up again while on hold. I drove down to the restaurant thinking they couldn’t hang up on me in person. The owner spoke with me, he lacked any passion for his food or restaurant and simply offered a refund or to remake the food. This is more than an hour and a half later. He was insincere in his apology, as though he had rehearsed it many times, and as mentioned, completely uncaring. The staff working there simply followed from his cue. I have regularly overlooked their mistakes, but I can’t excuse cold food. Hanging up on your customers and not caring about their experience is not the right way to run a business. I will NEVER eat here again, I encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

My wife and I got some takeout the other night. She had the chicken saltimboca and I had the chicken catcciatori. The catcciatori was just ok and the saltimboca was tasteless. They were busy and the takeout girl needed to be reminded to pack the soup and bread. This place has gone down hill.

Best Italian food in the area. Hidden gem! Friendly service. Reasonable prices with good portions. Great martinis. Excellent menu. Lobster Ravioli is delicious. We’ve gone 10+ times and never disappointed.

This little restaurant that my husband’s family introduced me too is awesome. The menu is huge and I’ve never had a bad meal there. It tastes very authentic Italian. Particularly, the tortellini is excellent and the vodka sauce is amazing. You can buy it in tubs to go, which I’ve done.

This is one of the worst places for Italian food I’ve eaten at. Eggplant Parm was not crispy at all, totally soft with soggy breaking and more bread than eggplant. Pasta was not cooked to proper al dente, either. Tomato sauce had far too much sugar in it, too. You could get a better meal for sure at the national chains like Olive Garden or Carrabba’s, and it might even cost less money. Service quality was mediocre at best. Polite staff, but they were seriously short on staff with one person serving the whole lounge(90% full) plus the entire bar(also 90% full). The bread here was okay, but it didn’t come to the table hot. When we were done, it took over 20 minutes to get the bill & pay, too.

Gift card fraud! Beware of buying gift cards here. I purchased a gift card for Christmas that came with 3 $ 7.00 off vouchers. I was told by the woman who sold me the gift card that I could use the vouchers even after the expiration date. This was appreciated because as much as I used to like the place, I could not see using them all within 2 months. With the winter we have had we did not get out much either. Well, I went to use my last voucher tonight and was told by the owner he would not honor it. His own employee specifically told me I could use them after the expiration date when I purchased the gift card. Also, why would you lose a regular customer over $ 7.00? I will never go to this restaurant again, they obviously do not value their customers.

My husband and I arrived at 4:30PM thinking it would probably be dead. I was wrong. The parking lot had several cars and the bar area was nearly full with couples ordering off the regular Italian menu as well as some taking advantage of the Happy hour. We sat down at the high table tops in the bar area and glanced at the Happy Hour drinks menu. House wine, margaritas and specific martinis were $ 5.00 each. The Happy Hour martini list included Cosmos, Pizzico Punch, Appletini, Lemon Drop Martini and we were also able to get Dirty Martinis or a straight up gin Martini. Draft beers were $ 2.99 for a large glass. After a few minutes, we were greeted by a lounge waitress who had just started her shift. I wanted to try the Pizzico Punch and she advised that the drink was really sweet and most people are surprised and turned off by the sugary drink. I’m so glad she told me because I don’t do well with sweet drinks. I was going to order a dirty martini and she suggested trying the Lemon Drop martini since it was made with Absolut Citron, fresh lemon juice and only a splash of Cointreau. Being the lush that we are, we told her we were going to hold off ordering any food until a couple more rounds. She brought us our drinks and fresh warm hot rolls with balsamic dipping oil. The Lemon Drop martini was perfect. It was nice and cold and wasn’t too sweet with the sugar rim. I was surprised that the drink was served in a large martini glass and not the smaller ones that are often used at other establishments. After one drink, I already had a nice buzz. My husband changed from beer to dirty martinis to try to catch up. After a couple of rounds, we thought it was time to order food before Happy Hour was going to end at 6:00PM. With the exception of 3 appetizers(Antipasto Platter, Appetizer of the Month, Wings) all the ones listed on the menu were $ 4.99 during the special. There were too many to choose from so the Mo and I settled on the Shrimp/Scallop scampi, fried calamari and spinach and artichoke dip. The seafood calamari was plated on rolls in a rich butter sauce. The shrimp and scallops were plump and delicious. The Mo and I liked their calamari. I love eating the tentacles and there were plenty of those. I wish there was tarter sauce in addition to the fresh lemon and marinara sauce. Lastly, the spinach and artichoke dip was just OK. The chips were warm but seemed like they were just plain store bought chips. For 5 martinis, 1 beer, and three appetizers, our total bill including tax came out to $ 47.00. I thought that was fantastic, considering the drinks alone could have cost that never-mind the food. We will definitely be back and try out the other appetizers like their fried mozzarella and arancina balls. To read more
