I stayed at this hotel for one night for a bachelor party celebration and stayed in a two queen with sofa bed room. Due to some events in Nashville our total one night stay with parking was $ 400 plus. The hotel is a year old. The lobby is colorful, spacious and there is free hot breakfast for guests. The breakfast consisted of ham, eggs, cereal, fruits, bagels, yogurt and make your own waffle. The spread was generous and for a free hot hotel breakfast it really was good! The room was on the smaller side but the two queen beds were conference but the sofa bed mattress didn’t have much support. The shower which had a sink and toilet which also had its own sink was separated which was helpful with a room with five guys. The hotel was quiet. Always ask for a high floor away from traffic which I did. FREESHUTTLE. The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you and pick you up within two miles of the property. We took this to get breakfast at Biscuit Love. Very convenient and something you don’t find anymore with city hotels. Parking was $ 25 for valet or self park with in and out privileges. The parking garage elevator connects directly to the hotel lobby. The fitness center was really large and featured a number of cardio machines. I ran in the morning and noticed each machine had a plug in for Apple iPhone 5 and above devices. Very convenient if you want to power up or plug in your device to the machine. Again the hotel is new so all the equipment was in pristine condition. The indoor pool was really large too. Laundry anyone? Yes. The hotel also had a paid laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers. I definitely would stay at Springhill suites again if our room rate wasn’t $ 400 out the door but it helped splitting the cost with a large group.

Great, clean suites. Nice area to work in your room and lots of outlets to plug in your devices. Staff is extremely friendly and the location is great. Free breakfast was no frills but everything you need for a light healthy breakfast and good coffee. They also have a cute little store with some cool caramels to buy as gifts. Only con is that parking is pricey($ 25 per night).

The hotel seems new, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is with the lobby bar. The lights are so bright that you feel like a French fry under a heat lamp. Please get a dimmer for the bar.

Ok, I understand that they’re still rather new but I’m very frustrated at my service so far and I haven’t even arrived yet. I’ve stayed at the attached Residence Inn already and I used the fitness room at the SpringHill Suites and they were nice but I just booked a week at the SprinHill Suites to take place a week from now and they incorrectly charged me $ 150, even though this charge wasn’t disclosed at the time of the booking. I have booked hotels all around the world and this is the first time that a hotel has charged me, without first disclosing that they would charge me. I’ve attempted now to speak with management there but they don’t answer their phone and don’t return messages. I’ve now disputed the charge with American Express and it appears that this will be more difficult than it should be, which is unfortunate.
