Great place to shop. The service here is outstanding.

My boyfriend got me several panties and bras for Christmas at Soma at the Natick Mall. I told him I like them better than VS because the quality is better. All my panties are torn from VS. So he went to Soma and said that the customer service was terrible, he wanted to walk out but he knew that I wanted panties and bras from soma and not VS! All sales associates were rude and not helpful at all. He said that their was one other older costumer in the store with him and 3 sales associates that were not helpful what so ever. He said that one sales associates wasn’t even trying to get up out of her seat when he was asking for suggestions, she just continued to talk to her co worker and ignored him. He also said that if the costumer service wasn’t so bad he would have bought more items for me, but he was just so fed up with the way he was treated. I might have to stick with VS if this is how Soma treats their costumers!
