Dunkin’ Donuts

Can’t believe they are open on Christmas but they are. Coffee is fresh, just feel bad staff is there but thankfully is what is needed for drive.

I’ve lived in the area for 3 years and every time I go I’m disappointed. The drive– thru line is always backed up and takes forever. They are always out of basic Dunkin Donuts classic items like sprinkle donuts or munchkins. My kids always leave heartbroken after I promise them a treat from DD and they never seem to have the donuts available. Today was the last straw, I ordered a small latte, I was so hungry and all I had time was for coffee. I take my first sip and it was cold! Not iced, as if they had made a mistake, cold like they forgot to heart the milk or gave me old coffee standing around? Really!!! Isn’t their whole business coffee and donuts? Latte thrown out. Money wasted.

Coffee is okay but that’s about it. Food is mostly frozen and microwaved. My biggest problem though is with their drive thru. First of all they seem to be incapable of handling large orders. Whenever I order multiple drinks/​food items they ALWAYS get the order wrong.
But my BIGGEST issue with DD is the drive thru line itself. It frequently backs up into 191. They have 2 windows, the first window is for drinks and the second is for food. And when someone is waiting for food at the second window it holds up the ENTIRE line, sometimes for several minutes. And unlike other fast food places, they don’t ask you to get off the line and park if your order is delayed, thus holding up everyone else on line. I hope their management reads Unilocal and will act on this. I would have liked to go inside to speak with the M.O.D. about it this morning but I didn’t have the time.
