terrible service by receptionist lady. Broke glasses and went at 10am, advertised open time on a saturday, stayed till 10:30am and no show, called and left a message to call me. no calls. went by at 1pm same day and they were open, asked her to fix glasses, simple fix, she said oh, maybe in a couple days, i said forget it. She was annoyed and asked why i cant wait a couple of days, reallly? the place is dirty and unprofessional, i went to the Palmer Mall and they fixed it in 15 minutes and didnt charge me even though i did not buy glasses from them, guess whos getting my business of a family of 5? Not these guys
