I was so excited when I saw a bagel place was opening right down the street from me. I have only ordered bagels there and nothing else. The bagels, although tasty, are very hard. Every time I have bought them they have been tough.

If you want a quick breakfast that comes with an attitude this is the place for you. They have no customer service skills. I am one for giving places second chances but each time I have called in a order they were very rude on the phone. Most people will say well why would you back but unfortunately there aren’t many breakfast deli’s nearby. Sometimes their a hit or miss on the food. It’s easy for them to get the simple New Jersey pork roll egg and cheese wrong. Remnants of other people’s orders that were on the grill first before yours usually end up on your sandwich. Bagels are pretty small in size also. When we called with concerns about our orders they didn’t really care. Asked to speak with the owner and they put the cook on the phone not the actual owner who barely spoke English. Wish businesses would be more considerate of their customers and take their feedback to make a difference.

The duffer sandwich was really tasty. Fast friendly service! Had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, which was a little hard but tasty, probably would have been better toasted. Sandwich selection looked good too, will try next time.

My wife and I have been there several times. The food is very delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back again and again and again.

While the bagels are reasonably priced, it would result in more return business from me if the size of their bagels matched their competitors in the area(Bagel Int’l and Whatabouta Bagel). I will say that the employees are very friendly and have even given bagels for free for you to try to see if you like a different flavor.

Great breakfast sandwiches! Bagels are yummy. Coffee is good too! Service was extra fast and we loved that. No mistakes. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Open for business? Not sure. Stood 3rd in line for 5 minutes on a Saturday afternoon and none of the 3 people(a grill cook, baker in the back, and woman stocking the fridges) working felt like it was their job to take anyones order. I walked out.

Hot breakfast sandwiches are so good here. Fresh and recommended. Also fresh deli and can eat in. Also a TV there as well. Definitely try hole in a bagel.

After last nights slumber at the Hampton Inn, I was hankering for a pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I was especially anxious getting one of these after being away from my home town area since the beginning of the year. Pulling up to this unas… Welp, today I’m finishing my review and I don’t remember this place so…

When they first opened, the bagels were kind of small and uneventful… But I’ve recently returned to try them again and found they have some pretty damn good bagels! Its hard to get a good bagel outside of NYC but these I have to say satisfy my bagel craving when I cant get myself into the city! They have regular bagels in addition to flat bagels. I’ve only tried egg whites on a bagel or the Lox spread. Both are delicious! Definitely want to try one of my old favorites one of these days — tuna on bagel — for lunch. And the bagels are super fresh and piping hot when they first open! When I pass by to catch my bus at 5:15 — there is always someone in the kitchen working on the days batches! If you’re tired of Dunkin, give this place a try. I think you’ll like it.

This is my «go to» place for a Saturday morning bagel. I absolutely love this place and my only upset is I don’t get to go as often as would love to. The owner is a very personable individual who is very obviously passionate about his business. In this world of chains and franchises that is a refreshing thing to find in any sort of restaurant. The bagels are baked on premisis quite often by a Marine(OOOH-RAH!) who has the gift of baking really well. The counter staff is all very friendly cheerful and the way they greet you can’t help but put a smile on your face. They will accomodate most anything in terms of what you want on your bagel. My favorite order is either Sesame or Poppy seed bagle with peanut butter, butter, tomato and bacon. Try it sometime. The seating is a bit limited and on a Saturday you may have difficulty finding a seat. One Saturday when they were that busy we just set up beach chairs outside the place and nobody seemed to mind. Out of ten stars I’d give them twenty.

For whatever reason there’s a dearth of food choices around the Jersey Shore Outlets. I really didn’t feel like heading to Panera so a search on Unilocal turned up Hold in One Bagels. I ordered the Pumpernickel Rye bagel with egg and cheese while hubby went with a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. I thought the bagels were very good. Not too doughy, cooked well, and fresh. They were also very nice there and seemed to do a brisk lunchtime business. I’m so happy to have found a good food option in the area.

Solid. I will attest to whoever mentioned they are wicked fast in addition to the kind staff. I must’ve waited only three to four minutes after I got my coffee from the self serve bar. I ordered the Cabbie which includes Salamis, ham, provolone, tomato, roasted pepper, lettuce, oil, and vinegar. Very good. Didn’t get soggy on my drive back to work which is about 7 min. The pickle they give is also good. High quality deli meat. The portion size is gigantic. I thought I was getting half the size that I got. I came in during lunch, so I only paid attention to the sandwich prices. They’re standard: $ 6.99. I paid a little less than $ 9 for a small coffee and the cabbie. I’m definitely coming here again. I’ll try their breakfast next time.

This place is really good. I was looking for breakfast before the Outlets opened and instead of going to Dunkin, we went here. Great decision. I was able to get food without a bagel(allergic) and my brother was able to get everything he wanted as well. We had tea and coffee. All hot and fresh– just like the bagels. Very friendly staff! They even bring the food out to you when it’s ready.

A newer establishment. Working in the area this has become my stand-by place for breakfast and lunch. Their bagels are amazing. Their coffee is always fresh and quite flavorful. Being from NYC I miss truly good bagels. These bagels are by far the best I’ve had in NJ. Their lunch sandwich specialties are outstanding. Have tried many of them and all very good. My personal fav is The Bogey with The Divot getting a close second. But I truly appreciate the high quality this place puts out along with pride they seem to take in what they’re doing there The staff is very friendly and eager to please– always welcoming input. My only question is. Literally 3 doors down is quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I’m the entire state of NJ– WHY would anybody EVER go there with this gem 3 doors down!!! Really rooting for these guys to do very well!
