This is one of those quirky stores that you go into and have an AHA! moment. Perhaps you need a pelican (or fish) weather vane.
Or a small brass door bit because your contractor threw the old one away with your door during a renovation and you end up drawing the piece that you need, AND then the sales person says «oh, of course, that’s a doomaflicky» and produces a selection to choose from. Ok that wasn’t me but a coworker, but still…
Recently they custom ordered a faucet for us and our ongoing saga of home improvement. Excellent communication and very helpful.
