Beautiful grounds. Apartments are outdated and very expensive. The parking is horrible. The demographic living on this street is not the same as it used to be. 6 – 7 years ago, you would not find empty beer bottles on walk-ways, nor were people allowed to sunbathe or barbecue on main lawns. Maybe I am slightly jealous I was asked to get off the lawn, when I was reading a book in silence, a few years ago. Now it’s okay to do whatever. One bedroom is $ 1,500 and my bathroom ceiling is falling apart and kitchen sink is rusty. Wooden floors are peeling. It’s worth taking a look, if you’re looking into apts.
