I wouldn’t give them another chance. The simple bacon, egg and cheese has a flavor of old bread. Bacon was not cooked on a spot and had no flavor at all. No flavor of cheese or egg as well. It’s just like eating cardboard

Given my last review, I’m not sure why I decided to give these guys another chance. I just waaant so much to like them, but once again, I’m left with another disappointment.
I can’t say enough how much I hate complaining, even when I realize I’m completely justified, but here goes…
First thing, the wait time listed on Seamless was 10 – 25 minutes, but my order took an entire hour. I honestly thought the estimate might be too good to be true, but even so, it’s the responsibility of the business to at least attempt to be reasonable in their estimation. It’s a well known and simple business practice to under promise and over deliver, and not the other way around.
Next, I had ordered a salad and explicitly asked for dressing on the side. This was very important as I was getting over an illness and really couldn’t stomach a lot of dressing. But, once my salad arrived, it was completely saturated in dressing. I can’t even emphasize enough how drenched this thing was with dressing. I also couldn’t find any of the avacado I had asked for as a topping and instead found random peices of what appeared to be pumpernickel croutons?!?
Needless to say, I will absolutely not be ordering from them again. Sorry. I tried, but they failed. Again.
One positive: I received the Canada Dry Seltzer in the correct flavor. That’s it.
Wait! I picked around the salad and found a piece of avocado! It was unripe, tough, and bitter. Rest my case, y’all.

I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time, they did not follow my substitution requests. I decided to give them another try a few months later, and 45 minutes after ordering, Seamless called me and said Broadview isn’t doing deliveries. So because of their carelessness I had to wait another hour for food, while they could have just fulfilled the orders that had already been placed. Never getting food here again.

Absolutely incompetent employees. Orders are cancelled about half the time, no exaggeration. Avoid at all costs.

Last night I placed a late order with this place because they’re reasonably priced and are one of few locations delivering after midnight. After leaving a 30% tip on my card because it was raining, I expected good, or at least decent, service. The estimated delivery time was 10 – 25 mins.
After 30 minutes, I called to ask where my order was, and the guy told me they were busy because of the weather, and that it would arrive soon.
30 more minutes later, I had to call AGAIN and ask where my order was. It finally arrived 10 minutes later. And the food was as cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator.
I live 4 streets and 1 avenue away, and it took over an hour to receive my food. Terrible service, terrible communication, and the food wasn’t even that great. They definitely won’t get my business again.

Erasing messages garbage as place???

A brand new bodega across the street from my apartment! Hot breakfast, deli sandwiches, smoothies, everything you need at a great price! And they deliver! The guy who runs the place, Sal, is very nice. And what’s better, this storefront used to be an obvious front for drug dealers. I’m so pleased to have a legitimate, productive business where there had been such an eyesore and a detriment to my neighborhood. Show your support when you’re in the area!
